Stoughton, 0 @ Foxboro, 2 – Final – Foxboro senior Dylan Barreira and sophomore Matt Angelini each scored once to lead the hosts to a win over Stoughton. Nolan Gerome made 11 saves in net for the Black Knights.

Mansfield, 0 @ Oliver Ames, 2 – Final – Oliver Ames junior Kevin Louhis scored and had an assist to help the Tigers earn two points against visiting Mansfield. Louhis set up classmate Anthony DaCosta in the 30th minute to put the hosts ahead. Louhis then added an insurance goal in the 70th minute, running onto a through ball from Colin Milliken and finishing in alone on the keeper to make it 2-0. Anthony Salisbury had a strong game in net, making 18 saves.
Girls Soccer
Attleboro, 0 @ King Philip, 4 – Final – Click here for a recap and photo gallery from this game.
Foxboro, 4 @ Stoughton, 1 – Final – Four different players scored for Foxboro as the Warriors picked up two points on the road. Jordyn Collins and Katelyn Mollica scored in the first half for Foxboro while Lizzy Davis and Kailee McCabe netted second half strikes. Jordan Carman, McCabe, and Mollica each had an assist in the win. Mackenzie Manning scored for Stoughton while Brianna Buckley had a strong game in net for the Black Knights.
Taunton, 0 @ Franklin, 2 – Final – The Panthers made their possession count in the second half with a pair of goals to seal a league win. Erin Quaile opened the scoring midway through the second half and Sydney St. Marie added the second from the spot inside the final 10 minutes. Taunton goalie Grace Pimenta kept the Tigers in the game with numerous saves. Breanna Atwood made four saves to keep a clean sheet.
Oliver Ames, 2 @ Mansfield, 0 – Final – Oliver Ames scored once in each half to lead the Tigers to a win on the road. Sophomore Katie Gibson finished off a cross from classmate Lauren Sellmayer midway through the first half to put the visitors up 1-0. Erin Holmberg curled in a corner kick in the 54th minute to make it 2-0. Sophomore Emily Meyers made six saves in net to earn the win while sophomores Caroline Peper and Allison Evin had strong showings for OA.
North Attleboro, 0 @ Milford, 3 – Final – An early penalty kick gave Milford the advantage and the Hawks made it count with a big division win. Ashleigh Starks converted from the spot to put the Hawks up 1-0, and Juliana France converted off a corner kick as Milford led 2-0 at the break. Freshman Dani Atherton added a goal in the second half while Carly Ferreira played well in net for Milford. Melissa McDermott, Abby Valdez, Caroline Ferrin, and Ari Rice all had strong games for the Rocketeers.
Field Hockey
Foxboro, 1 @ Attleboro, 1 – Final – Attleboro’s Madison Ellis scored on an assist from Sarah McMahon in the 39th minute.
Canton, 2 @ Mansfield, 1 – Final – Canton junior Meghan LaBelle and sophomore Erin Lane each scored to help the Bulldogs pick up a win on the road at Mansfield. Alex Burnham scored for the Hornets.
Stoughton, 0 @ King Philip, 5 – Final – King Philip sophomore Christina Gifun opened the scoring with seven minutes left in the first half and the Warriors scored four more in a win over visiting Stoughton. Junior Abby Nixon scored once and added two assists, while senior Raegan Simeone, junior Kayla O’Brien, and freshman Lauren Barriero each scored once. Senior Grace May earned the shutout for KP.
Milford, 0 @ Taunton, 4 – Final – Taunton had four different players find the back of the cage in a win at home over visiting Milford. Braeley MacDonald, Meaghan DeCouta, Alana Tavares, and Kat Robinson each scored for the Tigers while Jocelyn Pagliuca and Haylee Hartung played well in the win. Paige Reisman had 15 saves for Milford.
Volleyball
Foxboro, 3 @ Attleboro, 2 – Final – Foxboro rallied from a 2-1 deficit, winning the last two sets to grab its second straight 3-2 (25-20, 22-25, 10-25, 25-12, 15-12) win. Kelsey Treweek (11 digs) had eight service points and three aces to help the visitors close out the fifth game. Maddie O’Brien added 19 assists, Pam Nelson had 13 digs, Shakirah Ketant put down seven kills, and Grace Boudreau finished with 17 service points (five aces) and 11 kills for the Warriors.
Canton, 3 @ Mansfield, 2 – Final – Canton rallied from a two-game deficit, winning three straight to steal a 3-2 (15-25, 21-25, 25-18, 25-16, 15-9) decision on the road. Taylor Harris continued to dominate at the net with 18 kills along with three aces, Angie Elias added six blocks and six kills, and Jackie Morrissey dished out 31 assists to go with four kills. Mansfield’s Alina Nowakowski paced the Hornets with 10 kills, Olivia McGrath and Julia Kelly each added even kills, and Sam Sternburg grabbed 17 digs.
North Attleboro, 1 @ Franklin, 3 – Final – North Attleboro picked up a win in the third set to keep the match going but Franklin finished off the win in the fourth set to grab a 3-1 (25-15, 25-11, 20-25, 25-17) victory on the road. Allyson Bonnet-Eymard had a great game for the Panthers, slamming down 18 kills while sophomore Cailyn Mackintosh dished out 32 assists in the win. Grace Munley had seven kills for North while Eliza Dion added eight digs.
Stoughton, 0 @ King Philip, 3 – Final – King Philip defended home court with a 3-0 sweep (25-17, 25-2, 25-21) of the visiting Black Knights. Junior Emma Brooks continued to be a force at the service line, registering 13 aces to go along with 10 digs while Catherine Waldeck (13 kills) and Ali McNamara (four kills) paced the Warriors’ offense at the net.

Sharon, 0 @ Oliver Ames, 3 – Final – Oliver Ames took care of business with a 3-0 (25-15, 25-18, 25-14) win at home, the team’s eighth straight win. Junior Sarah Morley had a strong showing for the Tigers with 10 digs and four aces, Allie Kemp registered 29 assists, and Jordan Bosse played well offensively with 13 kills and four aces.

Attleboro, 36 @ Oliver Ames, 21 – Final – Oliver Ames had four of the top five finishers in a win over visiting Attleboro. Junior Kyle Sarney took first place in 16:47.6 while Attleboro junior Nathan Seybert took second overall in 17:08.8.

Reardon won in 20:28.6 while O’Donnell was shortly behind at 20:36.7. Junior Kelly Neunendorf (21:01.7) took third overall.

Abby Hassman (19:41) won the race by over a minute while Jenn Yeomans took third for the Warriors. Milford’s Emma Lawrence took second overall at 20:51 while the Hawks took fourth through sixth.

Mansfield’s Tessa Lancaster won the race in 20:38.

Attleboro, 180 @ Franklin, 161 – Final – Franklin’s Jack Paterson was the lone golfer to shoot under 40 in the match, earning medalist honors with a 38 to help the Panthers earn a win. Quinten Faro and Jack MacKinnon each shot a 40 while Pat Dolan added a round of 43. Jack Handy led Attleboro with a 43 while Brian Houle added a 45.
Mansfield, 150 @ Milford, 188 – Final – The Hornets had a strong day on the links with five golfers finishing under 40 in a win over Milford. Brian See shot a one-over par round of 36 to earn medalist honors, Joseph Gormely added a 37, Ryan Dow finished with a 38, and Jason See and Nate Morreale each finished with a 39.
Stoughton, 209 @ Foxboro, 163 – Final – Foxboro’s Noah Hicks sank one birdie and had four pars on the day, finishing at 39 to earn match medalist honors and pace the Warriors to a win at home. Matt Lathrop and Jack Rounds each had four pars and finished at 41 while Matt Fossella (four pars) finished at 42. Patrick Smith led Stoughton with a 46.
Taunton, 194 vs. New Bedford, 203 – Final – Taunton’s Sean Bunker shot a team-low 45 to pace the Tigers to a win.

Boys Soccer
Oliver Ames, 2 @ Canton, 2 – Final – Canton scored a pair of goals in the opening 10 minutes but Oliver Ames responded with a pair of second half goals to earn a point on the road. Senior Griffin Roach scored a pair of early goals to put the hosts ahead, a lead that Canton took into halftime. But Oliver Ames struck for a pair of goals inside a five minute span to level the scoring. Sophomore Kevin Louhis brought the visitors within one on an assist from sophomore Colin Milliken in the 59th minute, and two minutes later, Milliken tied the game off a feed from Haendel Louhis.
Taunton, 1 @ Stoughton, 1 – Final – Stoughton junior Mason Eschleman scored his first career goal in the final five minutes to hepl the Black Knights earn a point against visiting Taunton. Eschleman finished off a centering pass from John Ortiz with just three minutes to play to bring Stoughton level. Taunton took the lead in the 10th minute when Mateusz Hagemajer converted a pass from Dylan Kullas. Stoughton sophomore Nolan Gerome made 22 saves in net while Taunton keeper Nolan Melo made 13 stops.
Girls Soccer
Canton, 0 @ Oliver Ames, 1 – Final – Oliver Ames used a first half goal to earn a 1-0 win over visiting Canton, clinching a spot in the state tournament. Daniella Ferrini scored off a rebound of Erin Holmberg’s shot to put the Tigers ahead. Emma O’Donnell recorded the shutout in net for Oliver Ames.
Stoughton, 1 @ Taunton, 2 – Final – Alex Wapenski scored a pair of goals to help the Tigers edge Stoughton. Stoughton’s goal was scored by Cintia Khouzami, assisted by Mackenzie Manning. Nicole Weir and Nikki Anderson both had strong games on defense for the Knights.
Field Hockey
Attleboro, 6 @ Milford, 0 – Final – Attleboro went on the road and recorded a convincing victory, beating Milford 6-0. Alex Compton paced the Bombardiers’ offense, netting a hat trick while Anna Beck, Hannah Webster, and Takara Keele each scored once in the win.
Oliver Ames, 0 @ Canton, 1 – Final – Click here for a photo gallery from the game – Maggie Connolly followed up a Meg Aldrich shot that OA goalie Kara Ostrander saved and knocked in the rebound to lift Canton to the victory. The Bulldogs created a number of chances to try and put the game away in the second half but Ostrander made a series of saves to keep the Tigers in it. Sophomore Riley O’Connor earned the shutout for Canton.
King Philip, 0 @ Foxboro, 1 – Final – Foxboro senior Sophia Lowe scored late in the first half as the host Warriors handed King Philip its first loss of the season. Lowe converted with 4:15 left in the first half to give Foxboro the lead. King Philip had over 20 shots on goal but Foxboro keeper Julia Carangelo had a strong game, recording the shutout.
Franklin, 7 @ Sharon, 0 – Final – Franklin raced out to a 4-0 lead at halftime and never looked back in a win against Sharon. Cassi Ronan and Stephanie Bell each scored a pair of goals to pace the Panthers’ offense, Amanda Lewandowski and Victoria Quinn each had a goal and an assist in the win, and Olivia Rondeau (first career goal) and Katie O’Rourke (assist) each had one point apiece.
Mansfield, 4 @ North Attleboro, 1 – Final
Taunton, 2 @ Stoughton, 0 – Final – After the majority of the game went without any scoring, Taunton tacked on two goals late in the second half to grab two points on the road in a win over Stoughton. Kathryn Robinson (assisted by Jillian Pagliuca) and Cierra Bartel (assisted by Kennedy Thielker) each scored once for the Tigers.
Volleyball
Attleboro, 0 @ Milford, 3 – Final
Oliver Ames, 0 @ Canton, 3 – Final – Canton defended home court with a 3-0 sweep (25-17, 25-15, 25-17) of visiting Oliver Ames. Taylor Harris had eight kills, one block, and 13 digs, Olivia Chinsen had a solid night with two aces, three kills, and 10 digs, and Erin Devine and Bailey Shea both had solid games at the net, combining for seven blocks and eight kills. Nicole Brown continued to run the court with 17 assists and five kills for the Bulldogs. Oliver Ames’ Jordan Bosse had 12 kills, eight digs and three aces, Sadie Homer finished with 32 dig, and Allie Kemp added 24 assists.
King Philip, 3 @ Foxboro, 0 – Final – King Philip’s Catherine Waldeck and Nicole Coughlan had strong performances at the net while Jessie Kornfeld and Kristen Masse were strong at the service line, helping the visiting Warriors knock off Foxboro (25-15, 25-5, 25-22). Coughlan had a team-high 12 kills while Waldeck added nine to pace the offense. Kornfeld finished with 10 service points, including four aces while Masse had 11 service points, one ace, and three kills.
Franklin, 3 @ Sharon, 0 – Final
Mansfield, 2 @ North Attleboro, 3 – Final – After splitting the first four sets, North Attleboro earned the win with a 15-5 win in the fifth set, taking the match 3-2 (25-19, 19-25, 25-21, 23-25, 15-5). For Mansfield, Greenly Kelly had 11 kills and three blocks and Sam Sternberg added 19 digs and 15 service points.
Taunton, 0 @ Stoughton, 3 – Final – Stoughton swept Taunton (25-22, 25-23, 25-16) in a close match, earning its ninth win of the season and clinching a spot in the state tournament. The Black Knights got contributions from the entire line up with Amaya Morris having a strong two-way game, recording six kills and five blocks.

Attleboro, 30 @ Taunton, 25 – Final – Top 10: 1. Nolan Tavares (Tau, 17:37) 3. Ty Cali (Tau, 18:01) 4. Colin Quinlan (Tau, 18:23) 7. Cameron Parker (Tau, 18:31) 10. Ryan Strawbridge (Tau, 19:04).
North Attleboro @ Canton, 3:45
Sharon, 19 @ Foxboro, 43 – Final – Sharon’s Alex Starovoytov edged Foxboro’s Ryan Proulx for first place, and the Eagles had six of the top seven finishes in a big win over the Warriors. Starovoytov beat Proulx by just one second, both runners nearly a minute ahead of the rest of the pack. Sharon’s Jacob Dubin rounded out the top three.

KP’s Mike Griffin won the race, over 20 seconds ahead of the rest of the pack. KP’s Mike Nordberg was second overall while Jason Windvogel, Patrick Heavey, and Paxton Howard were Mansfield’s top three runners.

OA’s Meghan Reardon and Catherine O’Donnell crossed together but Franklin’s Julia Fenerty, Sydney Hawkins, and Kat Walbert all crossed within a minute, and Sarah Giulino and Julia DiGiacomo came across less than a minute later to help secure the win for the Panthers.

Milford’s Sara Comisky, Lillian Thibeault, and Lexi Marcolini finished second, third, and fourth overall, respectively, and senior Kate Donahue grabbed seventh overall to secure the win for the Scarlet Hawks.

Sharon, 154 @ Canton, 149 – Final – Canton picked up an important win over division rival Sharon with junior Chris Lavoie leading the way. Lavoie carded a team-low round of 34 to pace the Bulldogs. Tommy Dimock (37) and Thomas Singleton (38) both had sub-40 rounds while Conor Hunter carded an even 40 for Canton. Sharon’s Corey Carter had one of the best rounds of any Hock golfers this season, earning match medalist honors with a 33. Ethan Skelly was also impressive, shooting a 34 for the Eagles.
Foxboro, 177 @ Franklin, 166 – Final – Franklin’s Matt D’Errico earned match medalist honors after shooting a 40. Jack Paterson (41), Jake Blaney (42), and Gerard Collins (43) all scored for the Panthers while junior Matt Lathrop led the Warriors with a 41.
Mansfield, 158 @ Stoughton, 179 – Final – Mansfield sophomore Jason See carded a round of 38 to earn match medalist honors and pace the Hornets to a win on the road against Stoughton. Ryan Dow, Ava Haggis and Joe Gormley all chipped in with a 40 for Mansfield. Stoughton was led by Luke Bainton with a 40 and Josh Hough with a 43.
Milford, 8 @ Nipmuc, 1 – Final (Match Play)
Oliver Ames, 160 @ Taunton, 191 – Final – Oliver Ames senior Nolan Donze shot a 2-under par round of 34 to lead the Tigers to a win. Ryan Bock added a 40, Tate Hadges finished with a 42, and Brad Powers added a 44 for the Tigers.

Boys Soccer
Foxboro, 1 @ Franklin, 2 – Final – Franklin senior Tim Duval set up the Panthers’ first goal and then scored the goal that proved to be the game-winner in a rain-shortened game against Foxboro. Duval set up Donny Tappin inside the opening two minutes to give the hosts an early advantage. Foxboro leveled the game in the 21st minute when Joe Cusack connected with Dylan Barreira. Franklin went ahead again in the 43rd minute when Duval brought down a service from Sam Stowell and buried from inside the area. The game was called for lightning in the 47th minute despite multiple efforts to restart.
Girls Soccer
Taunton, 0 @ Canton, 5 – Final
Foxboro, 1 @ Franklin 1 – Final – Foxboro took the lead midway through the first half but Franklin struck early in the second half to earn a draw at home in what both coaches said was a hard fought game from both sides. Warriors freshman Kailee McCabe scored an unassisted goal to put Foxboro ahead. But just 90 seconds into the second half, Hailey Toolin leveled the match on an assist from junior Sabrina Addi. Franklin junior Breanna Atwood made nine saves.

Canton, 44 @ Sharon, 18 – Final – Sharon’s Alex Starovoytov won his third straight dual meet to help the Eagles improve to 3-0 on the season. The Eagles finished with eight of the top 10 runners with Jared Osofsky taking second, Jacob Dubin finishing fourth, and Kanishka Sethi rounding out the top five. Canton’s Kyle Downing was the top finisher for the Bulldogs, taking third overall.

Mansfield’s Jason Windvogel took first overall while Michael Mullahy earned fourth to pace the Hornets. Zane Reservitz was OA’s top runner, taking second overall, with Rory McLaughlin following three seconds later for the Tigers.

North Attleboro, 156 @ Canton, 154 – Final – Canton’s Chris Lavoie and Thomas Singleton earned co-medalist honors, each shooting a 37 to lead the Bulldogs to a two-stroke win over the visiting Rocketeers. Tommy Dimock, Mike Gobbi, and Mike Leonetti each shot 40 for Canton. North Attleboro’s Marcus Costa and Matt Wanless each carded rounds of 38 to pace Big Red while Jillian Barend, Pat Roberts, and Aidan Weir all finished at 40.
