#36 Mansfield, 9 @ #29 Woburn, 16 – Final – The Hornets got off to a tough start against the Tanners, falling behind 8-1 at halftime, but rallied in the second half to cut the lead to as few as three goals. Head coach Mary Kiley said that the team made some adjustments at the break to be more aware of the cutters on offense and to put more pressure on Woburn’s attack on the other end of the field. Mansfield’s comeback was stymied by a few late cards that forced the Hornets to play a player down. Ava Adams finished with two goals and an assist, while grabbing four draw controls. Stella Moore also chipped in with two goals and an assist and Lola Varricchione added two goals and four draws. Tessa Johnson (one assist), Brooke Butler, and Ella Palanza each scored once. Rose Maher dished out three assists and Keira Fitzpatrick set up one goal.
