Canton, 5 vs. Cardinal Spellman, 4 – Final

Franklin, 1 @ Catholic Memorial, 2 – Final – Ant Chaiton fanned seven batters in six innings of work, allowing just one earned run. 

Oliver Ames, 2 vs. New Bedford, 1 – Final – Mike Ferrara knocked in Brian Holmes – who led off with a double – for the game winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning. Ferrara had three hits, two RBI and two stolen bases. 

Stoughton, 3 @ Brockton, 7 – Final

Taunton, 5 vs. Durfee, 1 – Final – Luke Figueira pitched a complete game four hitter and struck out four for the win. Figueira also had three hits at the plate and scored twice and Zach MacLean had two RBI.

Softball
Attleboro, 0 vs. Dartmouth, 3 – Final

Canton, 18 vs. Watertown, 4 – Final – Sarah Reissfelder hit a grand slam for the Bulldogs and picked up her first win of the season. 

Foxboro, 4 @ Dedham, 10 – Final
King Philip, 2 @ Bishop Feehan, 3 – Final

North Attleboro, 5 @ Oliver Ames, 3 - Final - Meg Colleran struck out 12 and went 2-4 with a run scored to pick up the win. Marissa Gifford added two hits, Mykala Moody reached base three times, and Jill Costello drove in a pair of runs for the Rocketeers. Sophomore Missy Krim was 3-4 with a stolen base for the Tigers and freshman Victoria Ziner had an RBI. Sarah Struzik tossed a complete game allowing just two earned runs. 

Taunton, 3 @ Durfee, 0 - Final – Jesse Aleixo tossed her first career perfect game and struck out 13 batters. Kelly Reading was 3-3 with two doubles, a stolen base and an RBI, Aimee Kistner was 2-3 with an RBI and Jordan Wade was 1-3 with an RBI. 

Boys Lacrosse
Attleboro, 2 @ King Philip, 19 - Final – Sophomores Harry Fallon and Nick Bernier-Garzon and junior Nick Sajdak each had a goal and an assist for the Warriors. Johnny Piatelli (four goals, four assists), Brett McEvoy (four goals, two assists) and Brandon King (two goals, one assist) also contributed offensively for KP.

Canton, 7 @ Milford, 0 - Final
Foxboro, 9 @ Oliver Ames, 4 - Final
Franklin, 8 @ Mansfield, 7 - Final

North Attleboro, 7 @ Sharon, 8 - Final (OT) – Matt Cancian scored four goals including the game-winner in overtime for the Eagles. Sharon trailed 7-5 with 1:03 but Josh Rotman and Mark Bloom scored 13 seconds apart in the final minute to tie the game. Andrius Bernotas played a very strong game defensively for Sharon.

Milford, 12 @ Canton, 15 – Final
Oliver Ames, 3 @ Foxboro, 16 - Final

Mansfield, 4 @ Franklin, 20 - Final – 10 different players scored for the Panthers led by Maegen Schmauder who scored four goals. Tara Doherty added three goals and an assist, Julia Bireley scored twice and freshman Grace McDermott scored her first career goal.

Canton, 4 vs. Quincy, 1 - Final
Mansfield, 4 vs. Ashland, 1 – Final

Oliver Ames, 5 vs. Brockton, 0 - Final – Thomas O’Leary, Phil Mickalowski and Henry Taterfield all won in straight sets at first singles. The team of Tom Dew and Greg Weinstein and the pair of Robert Capadalopo and Alex Marales won in straight sets in doubles play. 

Sharon, 3 @ Bishop Feehan, 2 - Final

Taunton, 5 @ Durfee, 0 - Final – Brendan Briggs (Taunton) won 2-6, 6-0, 6-4 at first singles, Pat McAndrews (Taunton) won 6-4, 6-1 at second singles and Till Weskamm (Taunton) won by forfeit at third singles. Dave Manning and Jonathan Garcia (Taunton) won 6-0, 6-2 at first doubles and Jake Gonsalves and Hamie Hamie  (Taunton) won 6-1, 6-1 at second doubles.

Oliver Ames, 4 @ Brockton, 1 - Final - Carly Orticerio (Oliver Ames) won 1-6, 6-0, 6-2 at first singles, Riley Spillane (Oliver Ames) won 6-1, 6-3 at second singles and Mandy Massey (Oliver Ames) won 6-0, 6-1 at third singles. The team of Catherine Graves and Lauren Melz (Oliver Ames) won 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 at second doubles.

Boys Volleyball

Milford, 3 @ Blackstone Valley, 0 - Final – Milford won 25-4, 25-6 and 25-11 behind 10 kills from Michael Antonellis and six kills from Erik Vega. Steven Luna had 32 assists for the Scarlet Hawks.
