#6 Canton, 3 vs #3 Plymouth South, 2 – Final – John Femia scored in the opening period on an assist by Matt Lazaro to put Canton up 1-0. In the second period, Lazaro scored twice in a 24 second span, the first on assists from Femia and Brian Hagan and the second assisted by Femia to go up 3-1. Justin Slocum had 24 saves in net for the Bulldogs.
#8 Milford, 0 vs. #1 Westwood, 2 – Final – Milford goalie Brian Ireland made 36 saves in the win for the Scarlet Hawks.
D3 South
#23 Attleboro, 3 vs. #7 Dighton-Rehoboth/Seekonk, 2 – Final – Attleboro built a 3-0 lead through two periods and held of DR-Seekonk’s rally in the final frame. Nick Miniati, PJ Elliott and Luke Chomyszak each scored for the Bombardiers, who will play #15 Southeastern at Gallo on a date and time to be announced.
