Baseball Sharon, 4 @ Milford, 0 – Final – Senior Will Ginsberg pitched a complete game one-hit shutout for the Eagles, with 10 strikeouts. Frank Sullivan was 2-4 with a double and an RBI. North Attleboro, 3 @ Bishop Feehan, 1 – Final – Liam O’Donnell threw a complete game two-hitter for North. Chris Bredberg’s two-run homer in the first inning was the game-winning run and Dylon Grzenda went 2-3 with an RBI. Stoughton, 1 @ Lincoln-Sudbury, 11 – Final King Philip, 2 @ Coyle Cassidy, 4 – Final Milford, 3 vs. Hopkinton, 2 – Final – Jill Powers had a two RBI double for the Scarlet Hawks and Allie Piergustavo’s solo home run proved to be the game winning run. North Attleboro, 4 vs. Bishop Feehan, 7 – Final – McKenzie Sherman had a two-run home run for North Attleboro and Michaela Moody had three put outs and an assist in the outfield. This was an exclusion game for North Attleboro. Oliver Ames, 0 vs. Weymouth, 3 – Final Taunton, 10 vs. Durfee, 0 – Final – Aimee Kistner pitched a complete game shutout, allowing just two hits, striking out nine and didn’t allow a walk. Kistner helped her cause at the plate, going 3-4 with a home run and two RBi, Meghan Navarro was 3-4 with a home run and three RBI, Kim McCone had two hits and three RBI and Kailey March chipped in with two doubles. Boys Lacrosse King Philip, 7 @ Bishop Feehan, 6 – Final (OT) – Junior Brandon King scored the game-winning goal in overtime to complete the hat trick. After a Feehan turnover in midfield, Johnny Piatelli passed to King, who buried the game winner. Piatelli had two goals and three assists on the day, Brett McEvoy and Lukas Cepkauskas each scored a goal and Christ White had an assist. Freshman goalie Paul Macrina started the second half for the Warriors, allowing just one goal and made six saves. Mansfield, 5 @ Holliston, 9 – Final Sharon, 15 vs. Shepherd Hill, 6 – Final – Josh Rotman had a hat trick and added three assists, Matt Cancian scored two goals and had three assists, Sam Waugh scored a hat trick and Mitch Lesser had a goal and three assists. Josh Ader made 12 saves in goal for the Eagles. Foxboro, 6 vs. Ashland, 3 – Final – Katie Notarangelo and Siobhan Nolan each scored twice and Marybeth Sweeney and Genne Rogan each scored once for the Warriors.
