Lauren Lockhart finished with seven kills with what FHS head coach Kate Horsmann called “super smart hitting.” Maggie Doyle added five kills, two blocks and an ace and Meaghan Maguire chipped in with four kills and a pair of blocks for the Panthers.

Golf
Stoughton, 210 @ Milford, 176 – FinalMilford’s Riley Lynch earned match medalist honors, carding a low round of 41 to lead the Scarlet Hawks. Andrew Fauerbach and Zach Tammaro each shot 44 for Milford.

Attleboro, 178 @ Mansfield, 169 – FinalMansfield freshman Brian See carded a team-low round of 40 to lead the Hornets while freshman Ryan Dow and junior Jake DiSangro each shot 42 and senior Brendan Loomer carded a round of 45. Attleboro’s Kyle DelSignore carded a match low round of 37 for the Bombardiers.

Foxboro, 174 @ Taunton, 187 – FinalChad Bearce led the way for Foxboro, shooting a team-low round of 42 while Noah Hicks carded a 43 for the Warriors. Taunton’s Jake Crawford scored a team-low 42 and Jake Giebel added a round of 43.

Attleboro, 1 @ King Philip, 2 – FinalKing Philip’s Ben Furfari was responsible for knocking in both of the Warriors’ runs, including the game-winner in the bottom of the seventh for a walk-off victory. Furfari put KP ahead in the first, knocking in Will Weir – double, stole third – on a sacrifice fly. Attleboro tied the game in the sixth, taking advantage of a pair of errors. Kyle Guenthner scored the game-winning run, reaching on an infield single, taking second on an error and coming home a base hit to right from Furfari. Chris Wing tossed 5.2 innings, allowing just one hit with seven strikeouts. Dan Antunes picked up the win in 1.1 innings of work in relief, striking out one without allowing a hit. Tyler McGovern had a strong outing for Big Blue, going 6.1 innings with three strikeouts and one earned run allowed.

Canton, 1 @ North Attleboro, 2 – FinalNorth Attleboro junior Nick Sinacola threw a no-hitter and the Rocketeers scored the game-winning run in the bottom of the seventh to walk-off against Canton. In a complete game effort, Sinacola walked three and struck out 13 on 104 pitches. After six scoreless innings, Canton tied the game in the top of the seventh on a pair of walks and a pair of hit batters. Sinacola escaped the bases loaded jam without allowing any further damage. After taking a 1-0 lead in the fourth, the Rocketeers won the game in the bottom of the seventh. Tyler LaFreniere walked and pinch runner Jeff Gale stole second. Gale advanced to third on a base hit from pinch hitter Aidan Harding and then John Brennan brought the winning run home with a sacrifice fly.

Foxboro, 8 @ Sharon, 6 – FinalColin Thoener had a pair of hits and knocked in a pair of runs and the Warriors took advantage on a pair of two-run doubles in the third to hold off Sharon. Both Cam Feldman and Chad Bearce came through with a two-run double in the third to help starter Aaron Wentling earn the win. Steve McLaughlin came on in relief, getting the final out with the bases loaded to earn the save.

Franklin, 1 @ Oliver Ames, 0 – FinalA pitcher’s duel broke out at Frothingham Park on Monday afternoon between Franklin’s Jake Noviello and Oliver Ames’ Sam Burr. The difference in the game came in the fourth inning when the Panthers scored the lone run of the game. Jake Lyons’ swinging bunt forced an errant throw to first, allowing the Franklin senior to get to second. Lyons moved to third on a sacrifice bunt from sophomore Alex Haba and came home on a sacrifice fly from Ryan Hodgkins. Josh Macchi had a pair of hits for Franklin. Noviello earned the win, allowing just three hits, walking one and striking out five in a complete game effort. Burr scattered six hits without issuing a walk, striking out three in a complete game performance.

Taunton, 2 @ Mansfield, 13 – FinalMansfield’s offense exploded for seven runs in the first inning and scored all 13 of its runs by the conclusion of the third inning. Max Boen had a team-high four hits, scored twice and knocked in one run, both Zack Peterson (run, RBI) and Cullin Anastasia (four RBI, two runs) had three hits for the Hornets and Aidan Cahill (three runs, RBI) registered a pair of hits. Nolan Dousa earned the win, striking out nine in six innings of work.

Stoughton, 6 @ Milford, 8 – FinalStoughton got off to a strong start with three runs in the top of the first but Milford had the answer, scoring seven runs in the bottom half off of seven hits. The Black Knights came back with three more runs to make it a one run game in the top of the second, but that would be the closest they’d get the rest of the way. Milford starter Nate Irwin settled down after the first two innings, allowing just three hits the rest of the way with five strikeouts. Ryan Goncalves had three hits and a run scored, Anthony Mobilia cleared the bases with a three-run double in the first inning and Aidan Wilde and Zack Tamagni each recorded a pair of hits for the Scarlet Hawks. Ruben Gonzalez, Jack Connelly and Nick Hardy each had two hits for Stoughton.

Softball
King Philip, 18 @ Attleboro, 0 – Final (5 inn.)King Philip’s Jenn Hutnyan didn’t allow a walk or a hit, throwing a perfect game as the Warriors ran away with a big win. Hutnyan helped her own cause, coming up with two hits and four RBI at the dish. Hailey McCasland had four hits, Sydney Phillips added three hits and Meg Gorman, Allie Kuchy, Jess Bonner, Brooke Taute and Brianna Lacy all chipped in with two hits apiece.

North Attleboro, 15 @ Canton, 0 – Final (5 inn.)Olivia Capobianco had a strong day at the plate and Bella Erti and Olivia DesRoches combined to allow just three hits as the Rocketeers rolled to a big win. Capobianco went 4-for-4 (two doubles) at the plate, recorded five RBI and scored three runs to pace Big Red’s offense. Liz Morehouse added a two-run home run and Abby Warren and Andrea Miceli each scored a pair of runs. Erti threw the first three innings with five strikeouts with five strikeouts while DesRoches allowed just two hits in the final two innings.

Foxboro, 5 @ Sharon, 6 – FinalSharon trailed 5-1 with two outs in the sixth inning but rallied to pull out the divisional win. Freshman Shoshana Lowe hit a triple with the bases loaded to cut the lead to just one run. Senior captains Sam Marglous and Clara Cook set up the game-tying run and Lowe provided the game-winning run with a bases loaded walk in the bottom of the seventh. Cook picked up the win, striking out seven and allowing only two hits for the Eagles. Sharon coach Deb Parker said, “This is what we have seen from this team all year, they are never out of a game and they never stop fighting. I am so proud of the way this team plays day in and day out, they never quit!”

Oliver Ames, 4 @ Franklin, 8 – FinalFranklin struck for six runs over the first three innings and tacked on two more in the fifth to double up on Oliver Ames. Ally Shea paced the offense, going 4-for-4 with four RBI while Anna Balkus chipped with two hits and two stolen bases. Emily Valentino earned the win for the Panthers, striking out three. For Oliver Ames, Katie Mills had a pair of doubles and two RBI, Sarah Tetrault had a pair of hits with a run scored and Caroline Mahoney went 2-for-4 with an RBI.

Mansfield, 2 @ Taunton, 5 – FinalCourtney Fisher tossed a complete game to earn the win and Taunton’s offense came up with a pair of home runs to beat out Mansfield under the lights at Jack Tripp Field. Fisher scattered seven hits, striking out five with two walks to earn the win. Katie Van Zandt (2-for-3, double) had a solo home run and Jaylin Couto connected on a two-run blast. Kya Enos (3-for-3, RBI), Hailey Medeiros (RBI) and McKenzie McAloon each had a double for the Tigers. Liz Mackin opened the scoring for the Hornets with a first inning RBI single. In the sixth Marissa Staffer singled to cut the lead to one but the Hornets could not capitalize on a bases loaded situation. Megan Letendre had two hits for Mansfield on the night.

Milford, 14 @ Stoughton, 0 – FinalMilford’s Kelley Reichert retired 11 batters on strikes, allowing just two hits in six innings of work to earn the win for the Scarlet Hawks. At the plate, Reichert added two hits while Jess Tomaso had a breakout game, going 5-for-5 with a triple, two runs scored, a stolen base and two runs scored. Maggie Farrell (3-for-5) had a double and four RBI and Shannon Cormier (3-for-4) scored a run for Milford (19 hits). Karly Estremera, Shannon Flaherty and Nikki Coppola each had a hit for the Black Knights.

King Philip, 12 @ Canton, 2 – Final

Mansfield, 8 @ Foxboro, 4 – FinalMansfield built a 5-3 advantage halftime, didn’t allow Foxboro to score in the third and owned the fourth quarter to pick up the win. The Hornets won the final quarter 3-1 and forcing a handful of turnovers to secure the win. Sean Powers made 14 saves in net for Mansfield while Cullen Murphy paced the offense with a pair of goals and two assists. Danny DeGirolamo and Joe Cox each scored once and had an assist, Brad Grant netted a pair of goals and Mike Reed and Aidan Sacco each scored once. Tommy Donnelly and Mike Zampine each played well defensively for the Hornets.

Franklin, 10 @ Oliver Ames, 2 – Final Sam Arsenault scored a hat trick and Eric Civetti and Chase Tanner each netted a pair in Franklin’s win over Oliver Ames. “OA played very well defensively, we had to work for this win,” said FHS head coach Lou Verrochi. Jonathan O’Glishen and Nitin Chaudhury each chipped in with a goal, Jacob Alexander won 14 of 16 face offs and Connor O’Rourke recorded eight saves in the cage for the Panthers.

Sharon, 2 @ North Attleboro, 14 – FinalNorth Attleboro had a dominate performance in a key league game, limiting Sharon to just one goal until the final minute of play. Zach McGowan paced the big offensive day for the Rocketeers, registering five points (one goal, four assists) while Tommy Lindstrom had four points (one goal, three assists), Colin Young scored a hat trick and Jack Dakin had two goals and one assist. Jason McNeany made a big difference for the Rocketeers, winning 14 of 16 face offs while Dan MacDonald turned aside eight shots in net. Owen Costello scored once and had two assists and Andy DeMattio (goal, assists) finished with two points. Nick Ward, Nick Moore, Nick Morse and Zac Doucette each scored one goal apiece while Hunter Sarro, Damien Curtis and Jack Connolly had one assist.

Oliver Ames, 4 @ Franklin, 15 – FinalAnnie Walsh registered five points while Erin Walsh, Caroline Lounsbury and Jordan Jette each recorded four points apiece to pace the Panthers past Oliver Ames. Annie Walsh scored four goals and had one assist to go along with Erin Walsh’s four goals, Lounsbury’s three goals and one assist and Jette’s four assists. FHS head coach Kristin Igoe Guarino said Grace McDermott (three draw controls, three ground balls) played well defensively. The Panthers’ offensive burst could have been higher if not for an incredible 27-save performance from OA goalie Ari Waldorf.

North Attleboro, 12 @ Sharon, 14 – Final

Boys Tennis
King Philip, 5 @ Attleboro, 0 – FinalKing Philip lost just two games total to sweep Attleboro and qualify for the state tournament. Cole Ginter (first singles) and Blake Ginter (second singles) each won 6-0, 6-0 while Martin Matous registered a 6-1, 6-0 win at third singles. The team of Sam Colella and Ryan Gemelli won 6-0, 6-0 at first doubles and Aidan Ignatius and Jake Webster took a 6-0, 6-1 decision at second doubles.

North Attleboro, 2 @ Canton, 3 – FinalCanton’s Jake Wolicki dropped the first set at first singles but rallied back to win the next two, finishing it off with a tiebreaker to help the Bulldogs edge North. Wolicki won 5-7, 6-2, 7-6 (7-4) while Jeevith Chandrasekar won 6-3, 6-4 at second singles and Justin Diep took a 6-3, 6-3 decision at third singles as Canton swept singles play. North’s Daniel Zhang and Ben Pfeffer won 6-0, 6-1 at first doubles and Alex Pfeffer and Vikram Senthilakumaran took a 6-1, 6-0 win at second doubles.

Sharon, 5 @ Foxboro, 0 – FinalSharon earned a sweep against division foe Foxboro, winning all five matches in straight sets. Griffin Fein won 7-5, 6-2 at first singles, Fred Bondar earned a 6-2, 6-2 win at second singles and Andre Olivei won 6-1, 6-3 at third singles. Sharon had a pair of dominant performances in doubles play with Alex Romantz and Alberto Olivei recording a 6-0, 6-1 win at first doubles and Danujan Thirumavalavan and Ashwin Sreevatsa teamed up for a 6-1, 6-1 win at second doubles.

Emily Chiasson won 6-0, 6-0 at first singles, Jordan Willis took a 6-1, 6-1 decision at second singles and Mae McLoughlin earned a 4-6, 6-2, 10-6 win at third singles. The team of Azka Siddiq and Katie Demontigny won 6-1, 6-1 at first doubles and Hana Hershey and Shurobhi and Nandi took a 6-2, 6-3 victory at second doubles.

Foxboro, 1 @ Sharon, 4 – FinalSharon earned a big win over division rival Foxboro, sweeping doubles play and earning two more wins in singles play. Nupur Shukla earned a 2-6, 6-3, 6-4 win at first singles and Lulu Yuan won 6-1, 6-0 at third singles for the Eagles. The team of Katie Merport and Emily Wen won 6-0, 6-2 at first doubles and Rithika Neti and Sophia Fein won 6-0, 6-2 at second doubles. Foxboro’s Lexi Nelson prevailed 3-6, 6-4, 7-6 at second singles.

Franklin, 2 @ Oliver Ames, 3 – FinalAfter splitting the first four matches, it came down to second doubles between Franklin and Oliver Ames. OA’s team of Olivia Groebe and Kristin Bloumbas prevailed in a three set thrilling, 6-2, 5-7, 6-1 to help the Tigers secure the win. Maura Kiernan (third singles) won 6-4, 6-0 and the team of Tori Wyman and Tate Hadges (first doubles) won 6-0, 6-1 for Oliver Ames’ other two points. Franklin’s Hannah Sweeney won 6-0, 6-0 at first singles and Anja Deric earned a 6-2, 6-1 win at second singles.

Taunton, 3 @ Mansfield, 2 – FinalTaunton’s Jillian Pagliuca rallied from dropping the first set to win the next two sets, giving the Tigers the winning point. The Tigers qualified for the state tournament with the win. Pagliuca won 2-6, 6-3, 6-4 to secure the final point. Taunton’s other wins came from doubles play as Ashleigh Eason and Emily Moor won 6-0, 6-2 at first doubles and Caroline Hebert and Jordan Martin won 6-0, 6-2 at second doubles. Mansfield’s Paulina Martin won 6-1, 6-0 at first singles and Sarah Doyle won 6-3, 6-3 at second singles for the Hornets.

Lance Law had 19 kills, three aces and a block, Malik Charles added eight kills, four blocks and Lens Esquil chipped in with eight kills and five blocks.

Baseball
Foxboro, 2 @ Franklin, 4 – FinalFranklin cashed in for all four of its runs in the fourth inning to defeat Foxboro. Trailing the Warriors, Franklin senior Cam Lupien delivered with a two-run single to put the Panthers ahead. Ryan Hodgkins came through with an RBI single to tack on an insurance run for Franklin. Jake Noviello earned the win on the mound, going 6.2 innings with just three hits allowed and three walks. Bryan Woelfel came in with runners on first and second in the top of the seventh and got the final out for Franklin. Chad Bearce went 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles and knocked in both of Foxboro’s runs. Steve McLaughlin had a strong outing on the mound for Foxboro, throwing a complete game while Colin Thoener had a strong day at third base.

Sharon, 3 @ Oliver Ames, 9 – FinalOliver Ames’ offense got off to a strong start with four runs in the first inning and Kayla Georgeu had one of her best outings of the season in the circle – and at the plate – to help the Tigers handle Sharon. Freshman Katie Abreu doubled in Lexie Campbell (two runs, steal), Caroline Mahoney (2-for-4, three RBI) knocked Abreu in with a double and Katie Mills (2-for-3, run) drove in Colleen Larson (two runs). Georgeu allowed six hits on the mound while striking out seven batters. Georgeu also knocked in a run in the first and had a home run in the third inning. Victoria Ziner (2-for-4, double, stolen base, run) and Campbell scored in the fourth inning of a single from Mahoney to cap OA’s scoring.

Boys Tennis
Sharon, 5 @ Milford, 0 – FinalSharon dropped just four games total in singles play and three in doubles play in a sweep of Milford. Freshman Alberto Olivei won 6-0, 6-0 at first singles, senior Alex Romantz won 6-2, 6-1 at second singles and senior Sammy Kirshenbaum won 6-1, 6-0 at third singles. The team of Ashwin Sreevatsa and Arie Chinnappan won 6-1, 6-2 at first doubles and Max Brody and Russell Rapaport won 6-0, 6-0 at second doubles.

Mansfield, 4 @ Milford, 1 – Final Milford freshman Jordan Borges scored his first career goal off an assist by Marcello Panno to open the scoring but Mansfield netted four goals in the final seven minutes of the first half to get the win. Sean Lanzillo leveled the score off an assist from Ethan Brill-Cass in the 33rd minute, Cullin Anastasia put Mansfield up 2-1 on an assist from Kevin Bouck in the 35th minute, James Chotkowski made it 3-1 off an assist from Brill-Cass in the 39th minute and then Anastasia made it 4-1 off an assist from Lanzillo just 30 seconds later. Mansfield goalie Nick Ferraz replaced an injured Jed Tolbert in net in the second half and made 12 saves – head coach Steve Sheridan saying Ferraz played phenomenal. Milford head coach Brian Edwards said Zachary Brown and Mike Weber played extremely well for the Scarlet Hawks.

King Philip, 2 @ North Attleboro, 1 – FinalKing Philip senior Colby Koch opened the scoring for the Warriors, finishing off a one on one situation after a ball over the top from Tyler Mann. Jason Florio netted the game-winner in the 77th minute, finishing at the back post off a feed from Anthony Bozza. North Attleboro netted it’s goal in the 79th minute.

Taunton, 0 @ Stoughton, 4 – FinalStoughton scored a pair of goals in each half to earn its seventh win of the season. Jordan Asnes opened the scoring with a shot into the bottom left corner after a cross from Marco Antunes. Antunes then set up Loubensky Lucas four minutes later, playing a through ball while Lucas lifted the ball over the keeper to make it 2-0. Senior Goddy Fombe made a nice run out of the back, putting a through ball into Lucas who ran onto it and slotted it home. Sophomore Fabio Ponce De Leon capped the scoring, flicking in a service from Conner Kavanagh at the near post to make it 4-0. Matt Gallagher earned his second shutout of the year in net.

Canton, 2 @ Oliver Ames, 4 – FinalOliver Ames scored two goals in each half to pick up its 10th win of the season. Tori Wyman, on an assist from Anna Tempestoso and Kiana Lozzi, on an assist from Abby Hodges gave OA a 2-0 lead at halftime. Jess Robarge, on an assist from Zoe Chazan) and Jackie Mills added second half goal for the Tigers.

Milford, 0 @ Mansfield, 3 – FinalHannah Reiter netted a pair of goals and assisted on Stephanie Kemp’s goal to lift Mansfield. Kemp also notched an assist in the win. Milford head coach Jay Mastaj said Nichole Dahlgren and Rachel LeBlanc played well on defense.

North Attleboro, 0 @ King Philip, 3 – FinalKing Philip scored three goals in the final 15 minutes to pick up the win over North Attleboro. Chloe Layne scored the game-winner, converting a corner kick from Emma Corcoran in the 65th minute. Kathrine Turner found Rachel Hogan, who volleyed her shot into the net to make it 2-0 with just under five minutes to play. Just 30 seconds later, Corcoran service another corner that Avery Snead latched onto to make it 3-0.

Stoughton, 0 @ Taunton, 1 – FinalIzzy DaCosta netted the lone goal of the game to lift the Tigers. Stoughton head coach Tara Daniels said Emerson Sprague, Krista Michensi, Corina Kavengh and Sarah Widrow all played well defensively for the Black Knights.

Mansfield, 3 @ Milford, 2 – FinalIn a match filled with long rallies, Mansfield was able to edge Milford, 21-25, 25-19, 24-26, 26-24, 15-8. “It was an outstanding team effort by our whole team,” Mansfield head coach Melissa Heeden said. For the Hornets, Jess Haradon had 43 digs, Chloe Peters had 49 assists, Meg Hill added 14 kills, Julia Harrison chipped in with 12 digs and 10 kills, Jacey Anderson had 22 digs, Emily Kleber finished with eight kills and Olivia Broyles had seven kills.

King Philip, 3 @ North Attleboro, 1 – Final King Philip avenged a non-league loss to the Rocketeers last week with a 25-21, 25-18, 23-25, 25-20 league win on Thursday. Sydney Phillips paced the offense with 19 kills while adding 18 service points and three blocks. Kat Kmetz had 23 service points for the Warriors along with three kills and two blocks, Amanda Loewen had 11 service points and eight digs and Angela Vellante added 25 service points and two digs.

Sharon, 0 @ Norwood, 3 – Final

Taunton, 0 @ Stoughton, 3 – FinalStoughton’s Riley Bagley had a strong all around game with with eight kills and 16 digs.

Field Hockey
Oliver Ames, 0 @ Canton, 1 – FinalAndrea McNeil scored the lone goal of the game while Taylor Carrington recorded the shutout in net for the Bulldogs. Oliver Ames head coach Abby Tepper said Katie Vamosi, Katie Davenport and Sarah Tetrault played well defensively for the Tigers.

Franklin, 5 @ Taunton, 1 – FinalFranklin sophomore Annie Walsh netted a hat trick to help the Panthers land a 5-1 victory. Junior Maddie Hinckley opened the scoring with junior Kate Morse and freshman Erin Walsh each chipping in with two assists. Sophomore Cassi Ronan also had a goal and an assist. Franklin senior Sam Hertzberg had six saves –including two scintillating stops — to get the win in the cage.

Mansfield, 3 @ Milford, 1 – Final

King Philip, 2 @ North Attleboro, 0 – FinalKing Philip’s Christina Hathaway scored a penalty stroke in the first half to give the Warriors the edge at the break. In the second half, with 11 minutes left, Nicole Connor scored from an assist from Alli Meehan to make it 2-0. KP put 30 shots on net but North Attleboro goalie Liz Morehouse had a strong game.

Golf
Foxboro, 172 @ Oliver Ames, 143 – Final Brady Allbritton earned match medalist honors for Oliver Ames, carding a low round of 34. Mark Bissonette shot a 35 while Ryan McGarry and Matt Kelley each shot 37 on the day. Chad Bearce shot a 42 for Foxboro and Matt Tierney carded a 43.

Stoughton, 179 @ Canton, 154 – Final Canton’s Tommy Dimock was the match medalist, shooting a match-low 34 on the day at Blue Hills Country Club. Jackson Maffeo added a 39 for the Bulldogs while Matt Martin shot 40 and Pat Duggan shot a 41. Brendan Campbell led Stoughton with a 41.

Foxboro, 7 @ Milford, 3 – Final – Aaron Wentling picked up the win on the mound for the Warriors with four innings of work and Darren Kelly got the save in relief. Wentling and AJ Cavossa each added a pair of hits and two RBI at the plate while sophomore Chad Bearce had a two-out two-RBI hit for the Warriors.

Franklin, 6 @ Mansfield, 14 – Final – Sophomore Tyler Dalton struck out five in five innings of work to earn his first career win. Mansfield’s offense exploded with Kevin Dow and Mike Arnold each going 3-4 with three runs scored, Jake Tryder going 2-3 with two RBI and Tyrone Pascual went 2-3 with an RBI for the Hornets.

King Philip, 6 @ North Attleboro, 5 – Final – King Philip took a 3-0 lead in the top half of the first inning but had to battle back after the Rocketeers combined for five runs in the first and second innings. Will Weir had a three run home run that scored Stephan MacMeans (single) and Ben Furfari (walk). The Warriors then tied the game with a pair of runs in the fifth inning. Weir reached after being hit by a pitch and advanced on a single from Jon Rolfe. Both runners advanced on a double steal and Jack DiCenso followed it up with a two-run hit. Ryan Coulter scored the go-ahead run in the sixth after doubling, moving to second on a Ryan Guenette single and coming home on a wild pitch. DiCenso got the win for KP, coming on in relief and tossing 5.2 shutout innings while striking out seven. North Attleboro’s Brian Kleczkowski was 2-4 with an RBI.

Stoughton, 9 @ Sharon, 1 – Final – Jack Connelly went 2-4 with a run scored and two RBI and Doug Seaman was 2-4 with two runs and an RBI and to lead the Black Knights’ offense. Justin Hutchinson got the win on the mound for Stoughton, going five innings allowing just one earned run on three hits with no walks and four strikeouts. Barry Cooke pitched two no-hit innings in relief.

Softball
Taunton, 13 @ Attleboro, 0 – Final – Courtney Fisher didn’t allow a run in six innings of work, walking just a pair and allowing two hits while striking out seven to get the win. Jordan Wade went 3-4 with a double and three RBI to lead the Tigers’ offense. Liana Duarte went 3-4 with an RBI and a stolen base, Meghan Navarro was 2-3 with a double and an RBI and Jaime Brown was 2-4 with a double and a triple and a run batted in.

Foxboro, 2 @ Milford, 14 – Final – Emily Piergustavo and Jess Tomaso each drove in three runs to pace the Scarlet Hawks’ offense. Piergustavo went 3-3 with a double and three runs scored while Tomaso was 3-4 with a home run, a pair of doubles and two runs scored. Maggie Farrell added two hits, including a triple, two RBI and two runs scored while Shannon Cormier had a double and a run scored. Ali Atherton struck out nine in six innings of work, allowing three hits and a pair of runs to get the win.

Franklin, 2 @ Mansfield, 7 – Final – Freshman Mady Bendanillo had a career day, connecting on a pair of home runs to lead the Hornets. Bendanillo hit a solo home run in the first inning and then connected for her first career grand slam in the second inning. The tandem of pitcher Maddie Letendre and catcher Bri Homer limited the Panthers at the plate. Letendre struck out six in a complete game while Homer played great behind the plate according to head coach Lori Letendre. Maddie Letendre helped her cause at the plate, going 2-3, while Megan Letendre, Kara Bendanillo, Rachel Carafa, Homer and Liz Mackin all had hits. For Franklin, Ally Shea went 2-4 with a run scored, Clara DeCarvalho was 2-4 and Alyssa Dasilva had a pair of RBIs in the top of the seventh.

North Attleboro, 2 @ King Philip, 11 – Final – Kali Magane went the distance for the Warriors, allowing only three hits and one earned run while striking out 13 and walking none for the win. Offensively, KP had 12 hits with Christa Wagner and Haley McCasland paving the way. Wagner scored three runs while McCasland knocked in three runs. For North Attleboro, Mycala Moody had a double and scored two runs while Liz Morehouse added a single and an RBI.

Sharon, 0 @ Stoughton, 4 – Final – Shannon Flaherty struck out 11 in a complete game shutout, allowing just four hits and issuing just two walks to get the win. Karly Estremera had three singles and scored a run for the Black Knights while Brianna Ferrandiz knocked in a pair of runs for Stoughton.

Boys Lacrosse
Foxboro, 9 vs. Barnstable, 5 – Final

Franklin, 7 @ Cohasset, 8 – Final – Senior Austin Kent and sophomore Eric Civetti both scored a hat trick and registered an assist for the Panthers. Head coach Lou Verrochi said Sophomore Connor O’Rourke was superb in goal with nine saves.

King Philip, 6 vs. Bishop Feehan, 8 – Final – Sam Agricola scored five goals for the Warriors and assisted on the sixth but King Philip couldn’t overcome Feehan. Freshman Colin DeVellis scored his first career goal for King Philip.

Mansfield, 8 @ North Attleboro, 5 – Final – Billy Grant scored a hat trick to lead the Hornets, who jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first half. Jon Reed added a pair of goals and Ryan Smith and Hunter Ferreira each had one. North was led by Colin Young and Zack McGowan each with two goals, while Nick Ward added one.

Oliver Ames, 10 @ Milford, 4 – Final – Senior Matt Gilson notched a hat trick in the game, putting him at 104 career points.

Sharon, 7 @ Norwell, 15 – Final

Taunton, 4 @ New Bedford, 5 – Final – Freshman Griffin Speicher led Taunton with a pair of goals while Andrew Wellington and Josh Grasso each scored once. Josh Grasso, Nick Croft, Mike Perrotta and Cam Welby each recorded assists. Ryan Williams made seven saves in net for the Tigers.

Girls Lacrosse
Foxboro, 14 vs. Hingham, 7 – Final

North Attleboro, 20 @ Mansfield, 7 – Final – Hana Caster was the top scorer for the Rocketeers with seven goals.

Milford, 8 @ Oliver Ames, 22 – Final – Erin Fitzgerald found the back of the net four times, adding a pair of assists to lead OA. Sam Lang scored four goals and also added an assist in the win. Ariana Waldorf made 17 saves and head coach Craig Gardner said Waldorf was “stellar” in net. Kendall Clifford (three goals, three assists), Sofia Masciarelli (three goals, one assist) and Abby Duvall (three goals) helped contribute to Milford’s offense.

Taunton, 5 vs. New Bedford, 8 – Final

Boys Tennis
Attleboro, 2 @ Taunton, 3 – Final – Wins at first and third singles as well as first doubles led the Tigers to a win. Freshman Brett Beaulieu won 6-7, 7-5, 6-1 at first singles and Mike Briggs won 6-2, 6-2 at second singles. The team of Connor Briggs and Charlie Fiske won 6-2, 6-3 at first doubles to secure the win. Attleboro’s Tyler Letendre won 7-6, 6-4 at second singles and Khaled Hantash and Ahijah Joseph won 6-2, 6-3 at second doubles.

Foxboro, 5 @ Milford, 0 – Final

Mansfield, 1 @ Franklin, 4 – Final – Franklin won at second and third singles as well as first and second doubles to get the win. Junior Eli Brooks won 6-0, 6-3 at second singles and Tom Mancini won 6-0, 6-1 at third singles. James Johnston and Cam Piana won 6-0, 6-2 at first doubles and the team of Jeremy Gran and Dan Barrow won 6-0, 6-2 at second doubles.

King Philip, 1 @ North Attleboro, 4 – FinalMitchell Dyer battled through a second set loss to pick up a 6-3, 5-7, 16-14 win in a super tiebreaker for the Rocketeers at first singles. Junior Jake Webster won 6-2, 6-3 at third singles while seniors Jeff Yao and Nick Lockavitch won 7-5, 6-1 at first doubles and Jake Fontes and Daniel Zhang won 6-2, 6-2 at second doubles.
