Oliver Ames, 2 @ Canton, 1 – FinalOliver Ames scored a pair of goals in the final six minutes of play to earn a dramatic victory on the road. Seniors Leah Johnson and Erin Holmberg each scored for the Tigers, who qualified for the state tournament with the win. Holmberg also had an assist in the win.

Canton, 6 @ Oliver Ames, 1 – FinalMeg Aldrich and Kaitlyn Goyetch each scored a pair of goals to lead Canton to a win on the road at OA. Maria Femia and Meghan LaBelle also scored for the Bulldogs, who led 3-0 at halftime.

Foxboro, 1 @ King Philip, 1 – FinalFoxboro opened the scoring less than five minutes into the game but King Philip scored the equalizer late in the first half to help the Warriors earn a draw. Freshman Mya Waryas scored to put the visitors ahead just four minutes into the game while KP’s Olivia Kulesza scored off a rebound with 8:34 left in the first half to make it 1-1. KP goalie Makenzie Manning made nine saves in the tie.

Sharon, 0 @ Franklin, 9 – FinalFranklin built a five-goal lead by halftime and never looked back to pick up a league win over visiting Sharon. Olivia Rondeau and Stephanie Bell each scored a pair of goals while Jill Fenerty netted her first career goal in the win.

North Attleboro, 1 @ Mansfield, 2 – Final

Canton, 3 @ Oliver Ames, 0 – FinalIt was a strong team effort for the Bulldogs, posting a 3-0 (25-16, 25-12, 25-18) win on the road over Oliver Ames. Taylor Harris did it all for Canton with 15 kills, 16 digs, and two aces, Liz Bickett added six kills, five blocks, and an ace, and Jackie Morrissey finished with 27 assists, 13 digs, and a pair of aces. Angie Elias chipped in with five kills and three blocks while Claire Quinn added seven kills, seven digs, and two aces. OA’s Allie Kemp had 20 assists while seniors Jordyn Vella and Ryley McNeeley each had seven kills. Jordan Bennett added five kills and three aces for OA while sophomore Hadley Rhodes chipped in with six kills.

Foxboro, 0 @ King Philip, 3 – FinalKing Philip defended home court, winning the battle of Warriors with a 3-0 (25-7, 25-21, 25-16) win. Catherine Waldeck and Nicole Coughlan (two aces) continued to shine at the net for KP, hammering down 16 kills apiece. Kristen Masses added four kills and two aces, and Lauren Peterson chipped in with three aces in the win. Foxboro’s Kelsey Treweek notched 13 digs and a pair of aces, Grace Boudreau landed six kills and added a block, and Grace Fortune finished with six serving points.

North Attleboro, 0 @ Mansfield, 3 – FinalClick here for a photo gallery from this gameMansfield trailed in both the second and third sets but rallied in both to complete a 3-0 (25-17, 27-25, 25-22) sweep. The Hornets trailed 2-9 in the second set before prevailing in a close set. Kacey Veiking had a strong showing at the net with six kills and five blocks. Steph Walker dished out 25 assists for Mansfield while Ashley Santos added nine service points and three kills.

Franklin, 169 @ Taunton, 184 – FinalQuinten Faro led the way for the Panthers, shooting a low-round of 40 to earn match medalist honors in the win.

The Panthers took a 1-0 lead in the 19th minute when Jacob Cummings nodded in a cross from Donny Tappin. OA got on the board just before halftime when Colin Milliken buried his chance in the 37th minute, scoring after Anthony DaCosta headed on a cross from Brady deVos free kick. Milliken set up the game winner, feeding Jimmy Keane in the 75th minute to make it 2-1.

Mansfield, 0 @ King Philip, 0 – FinalMansfield’s Evan Eames, Cam Eddy, Adam Elsner, Colin Caridi, and Michael Caridi all played well defensively in front of Hornet keeper Anthony Salisbury (shutout).

North Attleboro, 2 @ Canton, 5 – FinalNorth Attleboro’s Steph McKenna scored twice but the Rocketeers suffered a setback on the road. Olivia Wills had the assist on both goals while Summer Doherty, Ari Rice, and Colette Petitt played well for North.

Sharon, 0 @ Foxboro, 8 – FinalKailee McCabe, Katelyn Mollica, and Jordyn Collins each scored a pair of goals to help Foxboro earn a big win at home. Jordan Carman and Caroline Rongione each scored once while McCabe, Mollica, Kendra Wentling, Lizzy Davis, and Reagan Buckley all had an assist for the Warriors.

Franklin, 0 @ Oliver Ames, 0 – FinalSeniors Leah Johnson and Abby Hodges played well for the Tigers while Emily Meyers had a strong showing in net to grab the shutout for OA.

King Philip, 3 @ Mansfield, 0 – FinalKing Philip scored a pair of first half goals and added an insurance tally late to secure two points on the road at Mansfield. Ally Stanton opened the scoring in the 15th minute, finishing off a feed from Avery Snead. Chloe Layne doubled the lead in the 30th minute, heading in a corner from Makayla Griffin. Ava Tormey added an insurance goal in the 75th minute off a scrum inside the area. Olivia Salisbury played well for Mansfield, making two incredible saves.

Volleyball
King Philip, 2 vs. Medway, 3 – FinalKing Philip won a pivotal fourth set to force the match to five but saw its eight-match win streak snapped by the visiting Mustangs, 3-2 (25-15, 23-25, 21-25, 25-18, 13-15). Nicole Coughlan (14 kills, three aces) and Catherine Waldeck (13 kills, six blocks) continued to pace the Warrior offense while Lauren Peterson dished out 18 assists and had four aces.

Boys Cross Country
King Philip, 25 @ Attleboro, 32 – FinalKing Philip had four of the top six runners to pick up a close win on the road at the new Highland Park course. Mike Griffin crossed the finish line first in 16:29 for the Warriors while Mike Norberg was shortly before in 16:34 for second overall.

Sharon, 19 @ Canton, 43 – FinalMark Starovoytov took first place by one second and the Eagles had seven of the top eight runners in a win over Canton. Starovoytov won in 18:39 while Canton’s Kyle Downing took second in 18:40. The Eagles had six more runners finish under the 19-minute mark.

King Philip, 23 @ Attleboro, 35 – FinalDespite only having one of the top three runners, King Philip’s depth was on display as the Warriors had six of the top right finishers to earn a win on the road. Sophomore Maya Evans won the race in 20:36 for KP.

Theiler won the race in 21:31 while Boxerman and Dudziak followed a second later.
