1. Taunton3-0Taunton jumps up to the top spot after starting the season 3-0, including a win over Mansfield. And in those three games, the Tigers have allowed just a total of three runs. During vacation, Taunton has the City Championship game against Coyle, a non-league game against Durfee, and then a big clash with Franklin.
2. North Attleboro2-0It's been a good start to the season for North Attleboro; recording wins at home over Oliver Ames and Canton. The Rocketeers had multiple players step up between the two games and deliver. Big Red hits the road for three straight games now, including Feehan and Sharon this week.
3. Mansfield2-1Mansfield did well to bounce back from a loss to Taunton by recording an impressive victory on the road at Xaverian. The Hornets' pitching staff has performed as advertised so far with just four runs allowed in three games played. Mansfield will travel to Attleboro and host Feehan over break.
4. Franklin2-1Franklin drops a couple of spots after opening the season with a loss against Foxboro, but the Panthers responded with two big league wins over Oliver Ames and Milford. James Leofanti, currently third in the rotation, tossed a no-hitter to end this past week, showing how deep Franklin's starting rotation is.
5. Attleboro2-0Big Blue picked up two wins to start the season, beating Sharon and King Philip and scoring a combined 19 runs in those games. James Weir got it done both offensively and pitching wise for the Bombardiers this week. Although Attleboro only has one game this week it will be a good one when it hosts Mansfield.

On the edge: Oliver Ames (1-2)
