1. Franklin(14-6)In a sign of how far the Franklin program has come in the last few seasons, it was a surprise to see the Panthers' season come up short of a sectional final even in a loaded bracket like D1 Central/East. Franklin won another league title with another undefeated Hock campaign and the Panthers look loaded again next spring to make another run.
2. Foxboro(14-6)Foxboro saw its playoff run end in the opening round against Medfield, but the Warriors had another strong spring with a seventh straight league title and only one loss in the Hock, which was to Franklin. Foxboro also looks loaded for next season with two-time league MVP Sophia DiCenso leading a roster that is filled with experienced talent.
3. King Philip(14-6)King Philip had a solid first season under first-year coach Kourtnie Wilder, claiming second in the Kelley-Rex, coming as close as anyone to handing Franklin its first Hock loss in six years, and reaching the Central/East quarterfinal. Junior attacker Caroline Klim had a break out season and the Warriors will have a strong core back for next spring.
4. Sharon(11-8)Sharon reached the postseason for the third straight spring, behind the dynamic duo of Sabrina Robbons and Emma Eberhardt, but couldn't get past King Philip in the first round. The Eagles will be counting on another big spring from Eberhardt next year as they continue to build into a consistent playoff contender.
5. Mansfield(9-10)Mansfield finished the regular season strongly to book its place in the state tournament where the Hornets ran into a tough draw with perennial power Lincoln-Sudbury in the first round. Junior Katy Garvin finished as the league's top goal scorer this spring and was second in points and she will be a major factor next year as the Hornets try to unseat Franklin.

On the edge: North Attleboro (7-11)
