Foxboro sophomore Dylan Rappoli has been selected as the HockomockSports.com Player of the Week, presented by Morse Insurance, for Oct. 18 through Oct. 24. Rappoli is the third player chosen as Player of the Week for the 2020-21 school year.

After losing for the first time this season, Foxboro bounced back last week with a pair of wins against Stoughton, staying within three points of league-leading Canton. Rappoli was a catalyst for the Warriors, scoring five goals over the two games, highlighting an impressive week for Foxboro’s talented underclassmen.

On Tuesday, Rappoli recorded a hat trick against the Black Knights. She scored the opening goal in the first quarter, but Stoughton came back to tie it after one. Rappoli added a second as Foxboro took a 3-1 lead at halftime and scored her third in the second half to help the Warriors win 6-2. Two days later, Rappoli continued to terrorize the Stoughton defense, scoring a pair of goals in the 5-1 victory. All five Foxboro goals were scored by freshmen or sophomores.
