Stoughton, 4 @ North Attleboro, 2 – Final Jordan Asnes scored a pair of goals and had an assist as Stoughton picked up its fourth straight win. Tyler Melo and Johnny Neves also scored in the win for Stoughton while Loubensky Lucas, Brian Peoples and Marco Antunes each had an assist. Along with Peoples and Melo, head coach Aaron Salter lauded the play of Fabio Ponce De Leon.

Volleyball
Franklin, 3 @ Brockton, 0 – Final – The Panthers used dominant net performances from Maggie Doyle and Meaghan Maguire to sweep the Boxers. Lauren Lockhart chipped in with 10 kills for the Panthers while Erin Skidmore had 14 digs, nine kills and an ace and Riley Marino had 10 digs and two aces.

Golf
Franklin, 159 @ Taunton, 189 – Final Bryan Woelfel’s low-round of 35 earned match medalist to lead the Panthers to a win on the road. Matt D’Errico added a 40 and Eric Civetti shot a 41 for the Panthers. Justin Proto led Taunton with a 39 and Mike Volkmann carded a round of 41.

King Philip, 163 @ Attleboro, 182 – Final

Foxboro, 172 @ North Attleboro, 147 – Final

Stoughton, 202 @ Sharon, 169 – Final – Sharon’s Corey Carter had the low round of the match with a 41. Cam Doherty shot 44 for Stoughton.

Oliver Ames, 33 @ Attleboro, 22 – Final

Foxboro, 39 @ Milford, 20 – FinalBrendan Foley ran a 17:10 to lead Foxboro, finishing third overall. Trey Lawson (17:35) finished fifth, Tyler Donovan (18:03) was ninth and Matt Kelly (18:05) was 10th to pace the Warriors.

Franklin, 39 @ Mansfield, 18 – FinalMansfield grabbed the top four finishes and six of the top 10 to get the win. Kalin Petrov won the race in 17:29, with teammates Nick Rispoli (17:44), Collin Rice (17:50) and Patrick Heavey (17:56) finished second, third and fourth respectively. Franklin’s Everett Henderson (18:00), Mike Hagen (18:05) and Mitchell Regan (18:05) finished fifth, sixth and seventh respectively.

Taunton, 33 @ King Philip, 23 – Final – King Philip picked up its first dual meet win of the season by beating Taunton. Jack Angelo, Mike Griffin, Aeden Angelone and Mike Norberg finished second through fifth to pace the Warriors to the win. Taunton’s Dylan Lynch won the race in 16:40.

Foxboro, 20 @ Milford, 39 – FinalFoxboro’s Lindsey Nelson and Abby Hassman both crossed the finish line at 19:48 as the top two finishers to lead Foxboro. “They’ve been pushing each other in practice and working together in races, and that relationship will help me get the most out of them both,” Foxboro head coach Joe Cusack said. Sophia Mellen and Maddie Treweek finished fourth and fifth, respectively, for Foxboro.

Franklin, 18 @ Mansfield, 45 – Final Franklin junior Nicole Clermont won her third straight league meet, clocking in at 20:29. Katherine Hartnett finished second at 21:08 and Ella Gutkowski was third for the Panthers, fourth overall, in 22:14.

Taunton, 33 @ King Philip, 24 – Final – King Philip’s Erin Quinn won her second straight league dual meet as KP held off Taunton, 24-33. Lucy Hamilton finished third overall for KP while Leia Quinn, Erica Layne and Brianna Aubin finished fifth, seventh and eighth respectively for the Warriors. Amanda Baptiste finished second overall to lead Taunton while Kailey Melito-Santos finished fourth overall.

Attleboro, 1 @ Oliver Ames, 3 – Final – OA senior Keegan Nutt scored a pair of goals in the first half and sophomore Nathaniel Cardoza added the team’s third in the second half. 

Taunton, 0 @ Canton, 1 – Final – Pat Hession converted a penalty kick in the final minutes to lift the Bulldogs. Sophomore Abe Garber recorded the shutout in for Canton. 

King Philip, 1 @ Foxboro, 2 – Final – Foxboro senior Devante Teixeira scored a pair of goals, one coming in each half. The teams were tied 1-1 at half. King Philip’s Joe Kellett scored a first half goal. 

Franklin, 2 @ Stoughton, 4 – Final – With the game tied 1-1 at halftime, Stoughton found the back of the net three times in the second half to score the win. Loubensky Lucas put the Black Knights up 2-1 on a header off a long throw from Josh Mitchell and then Mitchell made it 3-1 with a shot from 25 yards out. Lucas capped Stoughton’s scoring with a long range shot to make it 4-1. Noah Schulze scored Stoughton’s first half goal off another long throw from Mitchell. Nick Parent and Brian Czuba scored for Franklin.  

Mansfield, 0 @ Sharon, 2 – Final – James Dunlea gave the Eagles the lead in the 38th minute off an assist by Ben Stamm. Sharon was able to add an insurance goal in the final minutes when Dunlea set up Jake Goloboy to make it 2-0.

North Attleboro, 2 @ Milford, 4 – Final – Milford erased a deficit on two occasions as Justin Borges recorded a hat trick for the Scarlet Hawks. Marcello Panno had a pair of assists for Milford. Leo Charlebois and Matt Cosacarella scored goals for the Rocketeers and Gabe Pinhancos had a pair of assists.  
Girls Soccer
Oliver Ames, 7 @ Attleboro, 0 – Final – Francesca Calabraro scored a hat trick for the Tigers and Kiana Lozzi chipped in with two goals and two assists. Lauren Wright and Abby Reardon also scored for OA.

Canton, 1 @ Taunton, 0 – Final – Tessa Cudmore scored the lone goal of the game for the Bulldogs. 

Foxboro, 5 @ King Philip, 3 – Final
Stoughton, 0 @ Franklin, 9 – FinalAlexis Stowell had a hat trick and an assist for the Panthers, while sister Victoria scored one goal and had three assists. Emily Spath scored a pair of goals and Meghan Doherty, Jessica Kroushl, and Emily Mastaj all added goals.

Taunton, 2 @ Canton, 3 – Final – Taunton picked up a win in the first set before Canton notched two wins. Taunton fought back to force a fifth set but the Bulldogs were able to hold on for a 21-25, 25-19, 25-18, 22-25, 15-9 win. Elizabeth Hamilton paced Canton with 17 kills and 21 digs while head coach Pat Cawley said Olivia Devoe played “outstanding” on defense with 35 digs. Sarah Reissfelder and Rye Verille each added 13 kills while Nicole Poole had 43 assist and 15 digs. Cawley called it a great team effort from the Bulldogs. Tatum Speicher had 34 assists for the Tigers, Molly Sullivan added 20 digs and Meghan Navarro had 24 digs and three aces.

King Philip, 3 @ Foxboro, 0 – Final – King Philip notched a 25-12, 25-12, 29-27 sweep on the road. Josie Rowean led KP with 15 kills, Amelia Murphy and Emma Lopez each added three kills, Micaela Murray had 10 digs and head coach Kristen Geuss said Angela Vellante had a good game defensively. 

Franklin, 3 @ Stoughton, 0 – Final – Dayna McCue had 19 service points, 17 digs and 10 aces to pace Franklin to a 25-15, 25-10, 25-18 sweep on the road. Beth Neal had 12 assists, seven kills, a pair of blocks and an ace and Caroline Maguire added six service points, four kills and three blocks. Stoughton’s Bianca DeSousa had 13 assists, seven digs and five service points.
North Attleboro, 3 @ Milford, 0 – Final
Field Hockey
Attleboro, 1 @ Oliver Ames, 6 – Final – Oliver Ames scored four unanswered goals in the second half, turning a one goal lead at the break into a big win. Kendall Clifford, Dimitra Efremidis, Carly Cidado, Missy Krim, Hannah Friend and Ali Nolan scored for Oliver Ames.

King Philip, 2 @ Foxboro, 4 – Final
Franklin, 0 @ Stoughton, 0 – Final – The Panthers had a 12-2 edge in shots but neither side was able to break through. Franklin head coach Lisa Cropper said Seniors Taylor Reutlinger and Kenzi Pleshaw played well in the midfield for the Panthers. Stoughton head coach Dan Mark praised goalie Kara Ploss, saying she played outstanding in goal.

Mansfield, 6 @ Sharon, 1 – Final
North Attleboro, 1 @ Milford, 1 – Final – Nicole Fokas scored Milford’s lone goal of the game. Jessica Palmer, who head coach Emily Abbondanza-Luuri said had a strong game for the Scarlet Hawks, had the assist.

King Philip, 20 @ Mansfield, 41 – Final – Mansfield’s Julie Romano finished first in 20:19 but the Warriors got the next five finishers in Nina Sitarski (21:41), Erin Quinn (21:41), Leia Quinn (22:01), Brianna Aubin (22:34) and Erika Layne (22:54).

Mansfield, 2 @ Attleboro, 0 – Final – Chris Elsner picked up his sixth assist of the season, finding Brad Eames for the opening goal just seven minutes into the game to give the Hornets the early lead. Cullin Anastasia doubled the Hornets’ lead just seconds before the halftime before off an assist from Jareme DiLirenzo. Michael Kirejczyk made five saves in net and got strong performances from Harry Braidt, Max Gurnon, Nick Hyland and Elsner in front of him. 

Canton, 1 @ Stoughton, 1 – Final – Freshman Fabio Ponce De Leon finished off a long throw in from Josh Mitchell in the first half but Canton freshman Paul Corcoran scored his first career goal to pull the Bulldogs level. 

Taunton, @ King Philip, 4 – Final – Tyler Mann scored the opening goal inside the first 10 minutes off an assist from Joe Kellett and then Mann returned the favor less than 10 minutes later, finding Kellett on a corner kick. Will Weir also scored a first half goal and Cam Mullins added a fourth for the Warriors early in the second half. 

Milford, 0 @ Oliver Ames, 2 – Final – Junior Thomas McCormick set up a goal in both the first and second halves to push OA to a key divisional win. McCormick assisted on Keegan Nutt’s goal in the first half and then McCormick set up Jack Sheldon in the second half.
Girls Soccer
Attleboro, 1 @ Mansfield, 4 – Final – Alle Bezeau, Stephanie Kemp, Jen Kemp and Katie Bongarzone all scored second half goals to give Mansfield head coach Kevin Smith his 100th career victory. Paige Medeiros scored for Attleboro. 

Stoughton, 1 @ Canton, 6 – Final – The Bulldogs created a number of chances, according to coach Kate Howarth, and had five different players score goals in the win. Meaghan Hunter scored twice for Canton, which also got goals from Hannah Link, Riley Duserick, Sarah MacQuarrie, and Sarah Connelly. Stoughton’s goal was scored by Krista Michienzi off a cross from Mia Greene. 
Foxboro, 5 @ Sharon, 0 – Final – Riley Collins scored a hat trick for Foxboro and Hannah Burns and Hailey Maling each scored once. 

King Philip, 2 @ Taunton, 3 – Final
Oliver Ames, 3 @ Milford, 0 – Final – Oliver Ames jumped out to a 2-0 lead at halftime behind goals from junior Francesca Calabraro and senior Delaney Benton. Junior Kiana Lozzi added a second half goal for the Tigers. Milford head coach Jay Mastaj said Katie Brown, Kristen Franzini and Nichole Dahlgren played well for the Scarlet Hawks.

Mansfield, 4 @ Attleboro, 1 – Final – Olivia Horn found the back of the net twice to pace Mansfield to a key divisional win over Attleboro. Caitlin Whitman and Brianna Puccia each scored once for the Hornets.

Canton, 1 @ Stoughton, 2 – Final – Angela Connelly’s goal with 2:39 left in the game lifted Stoughton to its first win over Canton in over a decade. Mia Russell scored Stoughton’s first goal.

Sharon, 0 @ Foxboro, 7 – Final – Annie McGeary scored a hat trick for the Warriors. 

North Attleboro, 0 @ Franklin, 5 – Final – Senior Samantha Jones made nine saves in net to get the shutout as Franklin bounced back from its first loss of the season. Freshman Annie Walsh scored a pair of goals while senior Kelsey McPhee, sophomore Christina Quinn and freshman Cassi Ronan each scored once. 

Taunton, 1 @ King Philip, 3 – Final – King Philip netted a pair of goals in the second half to break a 1-1 deadlock at halftime. Courtney Foley scored twice, one assisted by Christina Hathaway and one by Casie Curtin. Liz Furfari netted an unassisted goal for KP.

Milford, 25 @ Canton, 30 – Final – Canton senior Mark Clancy broke the course record time, finishing in 16:08 to beat the old record by 13 seconds. Canton’s other finishes were sophomore Jack Healey in fourth (17:09), senior Courtland Priest in sixth (17:41) Thomas Cahill in ninth (18:04) and Andrew Salvatori in 11th (18:27).

Milford, 34 @ Canton, 25 – Final – Canton’s Cat Song set a new course record (17:57), smashing the previous record (19:26) but nearly 90 seconds. Olivia Stevens finished fourth (22:13), Ally Chin finished fifth (22;21), Emily Orkin in seventh (22:35) and Margaret Polsgrove (22:54) in eighth.

Milford, 104 @ Stoughton, 122 – Final (6 holes) – Ryan Tomaso, Anthony Arcudi, Riley Lynch and Tylor Renaud were the top four finishers for the Scarlet Hawks. Eoin Doherty was the top finish for Stoughton.

Sharon, 176 @ Canton, 156 – Final – Junior Pat Duggan and sophomore Danny Powers each shot 39 for the Bulldogs, who qualified for the state tournament with the win. Junior Jackson Maffeo added a 39 and Jack Goyetch shot 41 for Canton. Sharon’s Jordan Chabot shot a team-low 39. 

Taunton, 200 @ King Philip, 203 – Final – After being tied at 159 through four cards, the match was decided on the fifth card with Taunton edging KP by three strokes. Mario Wilson and Kaynel Gonsalves each shot 39 for Taunton while Justin Proto shot a 40. For King Philip, Mickey Riley was the match medalist with a 37 and sophomore Danny McLoughlin added a 38. 

Oliver Ames, 158 @ Attleboro, 175 – Final – Steven Tasho and Brian Lambert each carded a 39 to lead the Tigers to a win. Tyler Letendre shot a 40 for Attleboro.
