Boys Swimming
Foxboro, 64 @ Attleboro, 87 – FinalAttleboro’s Connor Dunn qualified for sectionals in the 50 free, clocking in at a time of 23.68. Foxboro’s Dan Egan (100 free, 57.84), Thomas Perry (500 free, 6:52.47) and Johnmichael Boucher (100 breaststroke, 1:22.69) each had individual wins for the Warriors.

King Philip, 99 @ Sharon, 54 – FinalKing Philip took first, second and third in the 500 free and picked up first-place finishes in seven of the eight individual races to earn a win at Sharon. Colby Vieira took first in the 100 back and 100 free, Dean Whyte was first in the 20 free, Derek Whyte touched first in the 100 fly, Jackson Klien won the 50 free, and Tate Duffy took first in the 100 breaststroke. In the 500 free, John Dionis (5:51.30) was first, Cameron Stringfellow (6:05.87) was second and Andrew Pham (6:20.18) was third.

Taunton, 87 @ Mansfield, 83 – Final

Girls Swimming
Foxboro, 78 @ Attleboro, 84 – FinalAttleboro’s Jackie Lynch-Bartek swam a sectional-qualifying time in the 200 free and Liz Saltz qualified for states with her performance in the 200 IM, helping the Bombardiers beat Foxboro. Lynch-Bartek clocked in at 2:09.87 to qualify for sectionals while Saltz finished in 2:23.44 in the 200 IM to earn a spot at states. Foxboro’s Pam Nelson and Lindsey Nelson each won a pair of events. Pam Nelson took first in the 500 free (5:42.53), Lindsey Nelson won the 100 breaststroke (1:20.21) and both were apart of the 400 free relay (along with Gina Oullette and Faith Perry) that clocked in first at 4:25.60.

King Philip, 100 @ Sharon, 76 – FinalKing Philip took first in all three relay events and six of the individual events to take down Sharon. Callie Sullivan, Fahra Whichard, Sam Nasson, and Sammy Dewitt won the 200 medley relay in 2:03.72, the team of Megan Campbell, Jess Sullivan, Morgan Sachleben and Whichard won the 200 free in 1:52.47, and Dewitt, Sachleben, Jamie Buckley, and Sullivan won the 400 free in 4:08.70. Sharon’s Ilka Zaniewski won the 50 free (27.01) and Kaveti Shrulhi won the 100 fly (1:09.42).

Foxboro, 52 @ Westwood, 70 – FinalJunior Joe Morrison scored a career-high 16 points but the Warriors fell to Westwood in the first round of the holiday tournament. Senior Mark Clagg added 12 points for Foxboro, who will play Hingham at 5:00 on Friday.

King Philip, 45 vs. Boston Tech, 46 – Final

Milford, 59 vs. Waltham, 46 – FinalMilford senior Zack Tamagni led the Scarlet Hawks with 18 points while classmate Nate Davila added 17 points in the win. Milford wins the second annual Scarlet Hawks Classic.

Oliver Ames, 56 vs. Cardinal Spellman, 74 – FinalOliver Ames was within five at halftime (36-31) but Spellman pulled away in the second half. Jack Spillane led OA with 15 points while Dylan Mahoney added 14 points and Carter Evin chipped in with 13 points.

Taunton, 34 @ Durfee, 51 – FinalHannah Moniz had a team-high 20 points for the Tigers, while MacKenzie Handrahan added seven and Jess Regan had six for Taunton.

Stoughton, 55 vs. Notre Dame Academy 49 – FinalVal Whalen led the way for the Black Knights with 17 points and 10 rebounds and freshman Shyanne Trinh scored 17 for Stoughton as well.

King Philip Quad (King Philip), 9:00AM

Framingham Holiday Tournament (Milford) – Milford finished in 14th with 59 points at the Framingham Holiday Tournament. Brett Kimball (138) and Ryan Gray (195) each grabbed second place while Stan Demko (220) finished sixth.

Boys
Foxboro, 64 @ Hopkinton, 88 – FinalFoxboro won a pair of relays and individual events but fell short to Hopkinton. Kevin Decker came in first in the 100 backstroke while Anthony Quarterone was second and Kristian Anderson touched the wall third. Johnmichael Boucher was first in the 100 breaststroke with James Donoghue coming in second and Andersen taking third. The 200 free relay team of Andersen, Jared Roke, Joshua Sitte and Anirudhha Gubbala finished first while the 400 free relay team of Boucher, Donoghue, Shawn McNamara and Dan Egan came in first.

Girls
Foxboro, 72 @ Hopkinton, 90 – FinalJamie Gorham and Lindsey Nelson each won three events but the Warriors came up short against Hopkinton. Gorham and Nelson, along with Allison Curran and Lexi Nelson came in first in the 200 medley relay and the 400 free relay. Gorham was also first in the 100 backstroke while Lindsey Nelson won the 100 breaststroke race.

Canton, 38 @ Dover-Sherborn, 32 – FinalHannah Jerrier scored 16 points and pulled down 12 rebounds in the win for the Bulldogs. Maggie Connolly added a career-high 12 points along with six steals and Casey Shea had four points, eight rebounds, and four blocks for Canton, which broke open a tie game heading to the fourth quarter, outscoring the Raiders 11-5 for its first win of the season.

Donoghue was first in the 500 free, Decker touched first in the 100 backstroke and Boucher finished first in the 100 breaststroke. Anthony Quarterone, Joshua Site and Thomas VanDell made up the 200 free relay with Decker. Donoghue and Boucher were joined by Shawn McNamara and Dan Egan in the 400 free relay.

Girls
Foxboro 65 @ Milford, 103 – FinalLexi Nelson and Allison Curran both won a pair of events for Foxboro. Nelson was first in the 200 IM and Curran finished first in the 200 free. Nelson and Curran were joined by Faith Perry and Lindsey Nelson in the 400 free relay team that finished first.

Foxboro, 65 @ Norton, 72 – FinalJohnmichael Boucher and Dan Egan each won a pair of events but the Warriors fell to Norton in a non-league meet. Both Boucher and Egan were apart of the 400 yard relay with James Donoghue and Thomas Perry that won in 4:37.43. Egan won the 100 yard free in 1:01.62 and Boucher won the 100 yard breaststroke in 1:22.84.

Girls
Canton, 79 vs. Hopkinton, 103 – Final

Foxboro, 78 @ Norton, 90 – FinalEmma Bridges won three events for Foxboro but Norton picked up the non-league win at Wheaton College. Bridges was first in the 100 yard butterfly (1:03.22) and the 100 yard breaststroke (1:10.28). The 400 yard relay consisting of Lexi Nelson, Lindsey Nelson, Allison Curran and Bridges also finished first (4:16.97).
