Hockomock Playoff Schedule & Scoreboard – 03/04/14

Here are today’s Hockomock playoff games.

Boys Basketball
#3 Mansfield, 90 vs. #2 Catholic Memoiral, 96 – Final (3OT) – Senior Rocky DeAndrade dropped 30 points and added 11 rebounds and juniors Ryan Boulter and Michael Boen each scored 19 points. Mansfield is eliminated from the postseason.

Girls Basketball
D1 Central
#4 Franklin, 39 vs. #1 Holy Name, 42 – Final – Franklin is eliminated from the postseason.

D2 South
#13 Foxboro, 42 vs. #1 Duxbury, 56 – Final – Junior Katherine Tamulionis and sophomore Jamie Ballou each scored 12 points for the Warriors. Foxboro is eliminated from the postseason.

#7 Sharon, 48 vs. #3 O’Bryant, 36 – Final – Karlie O’Driscoll scored a game-high 18 points. The Eagles will play #1 Duxbury on Saturday, March 8th at UMass Boston against top-seeded Duxbury. The Dragons beat Foxboro 56-42 in the semifinals. The game will tip off at 10:00AM.

#5 Franklin, 59 vs. #9 Worcester South 50 – Final – Chris Rodgers dropped a game-high 29 points in the win and collected eight rebounds. Quenten Harrell added 12 points and Marcus Giese had seven points and seven assists. Franklin advances to the D1 Central Finals against #2 St. John’s.
