Attleboro, 1 @ New Bedford, 2 – Final
Canton, 1 vs. Braintree, 0 – Final
King Philip, 1 vs. Bishop Feehan, 1 – Final – King Philip’s Brian McCarthy scored in the final minute of play to help the Warriors earn a point in their regular season finale. Cam Lawrence put a free kick into the area and McCarthy was able to latch onto the loose ball to bring the hosts level.
Sharon, 1 @ Walpole, 1 – Final
Stoughton, 3 @ Taunton, 4 – Final – Taunton’s Edwin Jean scored a pair of goals inside a two minute span in the second half to help the Tigers break into the win column in league play in the season finale. With the game tied 2-2, Jean scored in the 58th minute and again in the 60th minute to put the Tigers ahead for good. Ed Paiva put the hosts ahead in the 21st minute but Stoughton’s Seby Pierre leveled the game nine minutes later. Taunton’s Travis Nunes gave his side a 2-1 lead just before halftime off an assist from Alec Nunes. Jon Santos grabbed his first of the game in the 52nd minute to tie the game before Jean’s brace. Santos scored again in the 70th minute to bring the Black Knights within one.
Girls Soccer
Mansfield, 1 @ Bridgewater-Raynham, 2 – Final – The Hornets had a chance to get into the postseason with a win at B-R, but the Trojans scored with just three minutes left to earn the victory. B-R scored first but Abby Jean equalized for Mansfield with six minutes remaining and as the Hornets pushed for the winner, the hosts found a goal.
Milford vs. Hopedale, 6:00
North Attleboro, 2 vs. Braintree, 2 – Final – The Rocketeers rallied twice from a goal down to earn a draw against a Braintree. Alex Moulson scored five minutes before the break off a Olivia Wills assist to tie the game and then Caroline Ferrin equalized for North with four minutes left in the game on a shot from 25 yards out. Tess Collins also hit the bar in the second half for North. Regan Fein and Caitlin Echeverri split time in goal and seniors Lily Cameron, Colette Petit, Kyla Rodrigues, Lydia Hershey, and Taylor Ward all played well in their final games for North.

#21 Oliver Ames, 2 @ #12 Braintree, 5 – Final – Oliver Ames cut the Braintree lead to one and had several chances to tie the game but the Wamps scored two unanswered goals to secure the win. Sofia Anestam scored with 2:28 left in the first half on an assist from Cassie Gennis to get the Tigers on the board, down 3-1 at half. Georgia Costello scored shortly into the second half to get bring OA within one. Maggie Woods had a strong game in the midfield while Peyton Phillips (13 saves) was outstanding in net.

Milford, 3 vs. Walpole, 3 – Final – Milford trailed 3-1 with under 10 minutes play but scored a pair of goals in a three-minute span to earn a draw against visiting Walpole. Carly Ferreira was outstanding in goal for the Hawks while Ashleigh Starks, Juliana France, and Maddie Boyle each scored.
Taunton, 2 @ Stoughton, 2 – Final – Click here for a photo gallery from this game – Stoughton took a lead in each half but Taunton answered each time to split the points in a draw. Emma McSweeney put the Black Knights up with a shot from atop the 18-yard box but Kayla Botelho answered minutes later to make it 1-1 heading into halftime. Mackenzie Manning put the hosts back in front in the 46th minute but Morgan Zakrzewski converted a shot from 20 yards out in the 67th minute to level the scoring.
Field Hockey
Franklin, 3 @ Attleboro, 3 – Final – Attleboro’s Hannah Webster scored the lone goal of the second half to help the Bombardiers earn an impressive draw against the Kelley-Rex champions Franklin. The Panthers jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first half behind goals from Hanna Richardson and Stephanie Bell (assisted by Amanda Lewandowski) but Attleboro’s Madison Ellis and Anna Beck scored back-to-back goals to tie it 2-2. Richardson (from Lewandowski) scored her second of the half to put Franklin back ahead, 3-2, at halftime. Neilee Hess had 10 saves in net for the Panthers while Olivia Curreri and Molly Collins each had great defensive saves today to help Franklin preserve the tie.

King Philip, 1 @ Oliver Ames, 2 – Final – Oliver Ames scored a pair of second half goals to rally for a win, earning a spot in the state tournament in the final game of the season. KP freshman Lauren Barreiro scored midway through the first half, a 1-0 advantage that the Warriors took into halftime. Cassie Gennis scored a pair of second half goals to help the Tigers rally for the win. Gennis struck in the 41st minute on an assist from Maura Kiernan, and then scored again four minutes later from Georgia Costello to put the hosts in front.
Volleyball
Franklin, 3 @ Attleboro, 0 – Final – Franklin went on the road and earned a 3-0 (25-13, 25-20, 25-12) sweep, earning a share of the Kelley-Rex division title with a win combined with OA’s win over KP. Allyson Bonnet-Eymard had 10 kills and seven digs, Cailyn Mackintosh handed out 17 assists, and Jill Benoit had seven digs for the Panthers.
Canton, 3 @ Milford, 0 – Final – Canton earned a 3-0 (25-16, 25-17, 25-13) win on the road to secure sole possession of the Davenport division title. Taylor Harris has 17 kills, two aces and eight digs to pace the Bulldogs while Liz Bickett (13 digs, four aces), Shannon Malloy, Claire Quinn and Angie Elias were solid at the net. Nikki Desjardins and Steph Trendell played great defense, and Katie Lynch came in and served well for Canton.
Foxboro, 1 @ North Attleboro, 3 – Final – Foxboro won the first set on the road at North Attleboro but the hosts rallied to win three straight to pick up a 3-1 (20-25, 25-21, 25-20, 25-13) win over the Warriors. For Foxboro, Kelsey Treweek (20 digs) and Pam Nelson (16 digs) played well defensively, Shakirah Ketant added four blocks and three kills, and Grace Boudreau had 16 kills and four total blocks.
King Philip, 1 @ Oliver Ames, 3 – Final – After splitting the first two sets, Oliver Ames won two straight to secure a 3-1 (25-22, 23-25, 25-13, 25-21) win over King Philip. With the win, Oliver Ames earns a share of the Kelley-Rex division title alongside the Warriors and Franklin. Senior Jordan Bosse helped pace the offense with 16 kills and 14 digs, Allie Kemp handed out 30 assists, and Alison Barth finished with 22 digs. Junior Jordan Bennett added six kills, two blocks, and three aces in the win. For King Philip, Nicole Coughlan (14 kills, two blocks) and Catherine Waldeck (seven kills, two blocks) had strong games at the net, Ali McNamara added seven kills and two digs, and Kiley Sullivan dished out 19 assists.
Mansfield, 3 @ Taunton, 0 – Final – Mansfield pulled out a pair of tight wins in the first two sets and then finished off a 3-0 (25-23, 27-25, 25-12) sweep on the road. Julia Buiser had 15 service points and five digs, Sam Sternburg added 10 service points and eight digs, and Emily Dardinski had a strong game offensively with five kills for the Hornets.

Oliver Ames, 2 @ Bridgewater-Raynham, 2 – Final – Oliver Ames earned a point on the road with a draw at Bridgewater-Raynham. Sophomores Lauren Sellmayer and Camryn O’Connor each scored for the Tigers with senior Erin Holmberg assisting on both. Olivia Carroll and Abby Hodges both played well for OA.
Field Hockey
Franklin, 1 @ Walpole, 2 – Final – In a battle of two of the top teams in the state, Walpole scored the lone goal of the second half to earn the win. The Rebels opened the scoring just over seven minutes into the game but Hanna Richardson, on an assist from Kaitlyn Carney, scored in the 11th minute to make it 1-1. The Panthers’ defense played strong, limiting Walpole to one goal on 19 corners while Neilee Hess made 13 saves in goal.
Oliver Ames, 3 vs. Braintree, 5 – Final – Georgia Costello scored a pair of goals but the Tigers fell at home to visiting Braintree. Maggie Woods had two assists while Ellie Waters had OA’s first goal, assisted by Cassie Gennis.

Sharon, 2 @ Canton, 0 – Final – Sharon scored a pair of second half goals to record a win on the road over Davenport for Canton. Viktor Schneider opened the scoring off an assist by Matt Keshekian, and Michael Baur buried a penalty kick to make it 2-0.
Girls Soccer
Sharon, 0 @ Canton, 6 – Final – Click here for a Photo Gallery from this game. Canton scored three times in the opening 10 minutes and never looked back, moving back to .500 in league play this season. Mia Gilmore led the way with a pair of goals for the Bulldogs. Sharon nearly took the lead four minutes into the game when Olivia Soby rocked the crossbar with a free kick, but minutes later Elisa Diletizia put the hosts in front with a swerving shot from 18 yards. The lead was soon doubled when Diletizia’s low cross was palmed to the feet of Olivia Rodman inside the six-yard-box. Gilmore struck from distance just seconds later. Gilmore added a second when her first shot came back off the bar and she settled the rebound and planted her next effort in the back of the net. Sharon again came close with another shot off the bar, this time from Nicole Teven. In the second half, Gabriella Herivaux showed quick feet on the edge of the box and then found the bottom corner to make it 5-0 and freshman Emily McCabe earned and scored a penalty for her first varsity goal to round out the scoring.
Medfield, 2 @ Foxboro, 2 – Final – Foxboro rallied from a 2-0 deficit to earn a draw with visiting Medfield. Jordyn Collins scored with 16 minutes left to get the Warriors on the board. Jordan Carman then tied the game with under a minute left to play.
King Philip, 3 vs. Notre Dame Academy, 0 – Final – King Philip had a strong showing on Monday afternoon, outshooting the visitors 17-2 on its way to a 3-0 win. Makenzie Shandley converted a through ball from Chloe Layne to put the hosts up 1-0 in the 20th minute. Layne doubled the lead six minutes later, finishing off a ball over the top from Paige Varvarigos. Ally Stanton headed in a cross from Layne in the 64th minute to put the Warriors up 3-0. Taylor Butler had the shutout in net.
Field Hockey
Attleboro, 5 vs. Bishop Feehan, 0 – Final – Anna Beck scored a pair of goals to pace the Bombardiers past visiting Bishop Feehan.
North Attleboro, 1 @ Franklin, 5 – Final – North Attleboro’s Grace Cole scored to make it a one-goal game halfway through the first half but the Panthers scored three unanswered goals in the second half to secure the win. Kate O’Rourke and Amanda Lewandowski each scored to put the Panthers up 2-0 before Cole converted to get North on the board. Olivia Rondeau (from Molly Collins), Lewandowski (from Hanna Richardson), and Stephanie Bell scored in the second half for Franklin. Neilee Hess made two saves in the win for the Panthers.
Sharon, 0 @ Oliver Ames, 8 – Final – Oliver Ames scored inside the first minute and never looked back in a big win over Sharon. Ellie Waters had four points, scoring once with three helpers while Georgia Costello scored a hat trick in the win. Emily Han had a strong game defensively to help the Tigers control possession.
Stoughton, 2 vs. East Bridgewater, 1 – Final – Abby Massarelli and Haley Nelson each scored to lead the Black Knights past East Bridgewater, avenging a loss to the Vikings in the season opener.
Volleyball
Attleboro, 3 vs. Norton, 2 – Final
Canton, 3 @ Notre Dame Academy, 0 – Final – Canton went on the road and secured a 3-0 (25-14, 25-20, 25-10) sweep over Notre Dame Academy. Liz Bickett had a strong day, registering nine kills, four blocks, and seven digs, Taylor Harris added seven kills, three aces, and eight digs, and Taylor Reynolds finished with five aces and 10 assists. Jackie Morrissey chipped in with 12 assists and two kills for the Bulldogs while Nikki Desjardins had 20 service points.
Norwood, 2 @ Foxboro, 3 – Final – Foxboro let a 2-0 lead slip away but the Warriors prevailed with a 3-2 (25-9, 25-17, 15-25, 14-25, 15-11) win. Grace Boudreau had 12 digs, seven kills, and two aces, Sara Regan added six aces and 10 assists, Shannon McDonald shined at the net with eight kills and three blocks, and Sara Addeche chipped in with 14 digs.
Golf
Canton, 147 @ North Attleboro, 154 – Final – Canton sophomore Conor Hunter fired an even par 35 to earn match medalist honors and lead the Bulldogs to a close win over North Attleboro. Will Gefteas and Nate MacDonald each shot 37 for Canton while Chris Lavoie, who eagled the fifth hole, and Owen Donovan both shot 38. North Attleboro’s Jillian Barend had a team-low 36 (one over), Justin Strom and Aidan Weir each shot 39, and Jake Gaskin chipped in with a 40.
King Philip, 156 @ Oliver Ames, 152 – Final – Oliver Ames’ Tate Hadges shot an even par round of 34 to help the Tigers take a close decision over visiting King Philip. Kayla Schuberth had a team-low round of 37 for King Philip.
Sharon, 163 @ Milford, 178 – Final – Ethan Skelly shot a 35 to earn medalist honors in Sharon’s win on the road. Andrew Glaser and Eric Carter both shot 42 for the Eagles while Tyler Wetherbee led Milford with a 41.

Canton, 0 @ Stoughton, 3 – Final – Stoughton grabbed its first league win of the season with a 3-0 decision over visiting Canton. Ryan Reis had a goal and an assist for Stoughton while Mateo Eschleman and Ted Lucas each scored once. Nolan Gerome made six saves to earn the shutout in goal.
Foxboro, 2 @ Milford, 2 – Final – Milford’s Joao Pedro Da Silva scored in the final seconds of the game to help the Hawks earn a tie against visiting Foxboro. The Warriors took a 1-0 lead in the first half when Dylan Barreira headed in a corner kick from Will Morrison. Leo Coelho knotted the score with an early goal in the second half but Joey Cusack finished off a quick give-and-go with Barreira to put the visitors back ahead. Da Silva headed in a corner kick in the final seconds to make it 2-2.
Mansfield, 0 @ Franklin, 1 – Final – It was a tale of two halves between the visiting Hornets and hosts Panthers on Monday evening. Franklin controlled the first half and scored the lone goal of the game as sophomore Terry O’Neill finished off a corner from senior Donny Tappin in the 10th minute. The Hornets had a strong second half but couldn’t find the back of the net.
King Philip, 1 @ Taunton, 1 – Final – Taunton took the lead in the first half but King Philip found the equalizer in the second half as the teams split the points. Alec Nunes put the hosts on the board in the 21st minute but King Philip’s Evan McEvoy (assisted by Tadhg Keller on a corner kick) scored in the 60th minute to bring the Warriors level. Taunton goalie Nolan Melo had a strong game in net for the Tigers.
Girls Soccer
Stoughton, 2 @ Canton, 7 – Final – Eliza Diletizia and Mia Gilmore each scored twice, as the Bulldogs’ offense exploded for a big division win. Gabby Herivaux, Jenna Parrella, and Lauren McCabe also scored for Canton. Stoughton freshman Shayla Ford scored twice with Samantha Tran and Mackenzie Manning recording assists.
Milford, 2 @ Foxboro, 2 – Final
Franklin, 0 @ Mansfield, 1 – Final – Sara Sacco scored the game’s only goal midway through the first half. Katie Miller got the assist for the Hornets and Olivia Salisbury made five saves to record the shutout. Maria Sevastos, Erin Dooling, Anna Darlington, and Abby Oppenheim all played well in the Mansfield back line, as Franklin continued to pressure throughout the second half.
Taunton, 0 @ King Philip, 7 – Final – King Philip’s Makayla Griffin factored into three first half goals while the Warriors tacked on four more in the second half to beat visiting Taunton. Griffin assisted on goals from Chloe Layne (18′) and then Kiera Lindmark (28′) before scoring on a free kick from 25 yards out in the 34th minute. Layne (from Ally Stanton in the 56th minute), Stanton (from Lindmark in the 58th minute), Paulina Baczkowski (from Ella Pisani in the 70th minute), and Molly MacDonald (from Pisani in the 75th mintue) all had second half goals for KP.
Field Hockey
Oliver Ames, 3 @ Attleboro, 2 – Final – Click here for a Photo Gallery from this game. Haley Gilman scored a pair of goals and Cassie Gennis added one goal and one assist, while goalie Kara Ostrander had to make a series of saves to give the Tigers a narrow win. Georgia Costello and Hannah Stryke also recorded assists, as OA jumped out to a 3-0 lead with lethal transitions. Attleboro had a lot of the pressure in the attacking half of the field and finally made the breakthrough with 14 minutes to play. Anna Beck smacked a shot through traffic and then a minute later her goal-bound shot was tapped in by Emelia Westwater to set up a frantic final 10 minutes.
Canton, 8 @ Stoughton, 0 – Final – Meg Aldrich scored a pair of goals in the win for the Bulldogs.
Foxboro, 6 @ Milford, 0 – Final
Mansfield, 2 @ Franklin, 7 – Final – Franklin raced out to a 3-0 lead at halftime and added four more in the second half to knock off visiting Mansfield. Hanna Richardson scored twice in the opening half and added one more in the second half to finish with a hat trick. Olivia Rondeau scored twice and had two assists for the Panthers, who scored twice in a two-minute span in the second half after the Hornets’ Gabby Devlin cut the deficit to 3-1 less than a minute into the second half. Freshman Kaitlyn Carney had three assists for Franklin, Neilee Hess made three saves in net, and Kendall Jones came up with two big defensive saves for the Panthers.
King Philip, 0 @ Taunton, 0 – Final – King Philip peppered the Tigers’ net with 19 shots but Taunton goalie Emily Gannon stood tall to earn a shutout and a point. Senior Sammy Robison, sophomore Christina Gifun, and sophomore Haley Izydorczak all had strong outings for the visiting Warriors. “She played amazing,” said Taunton coach Liz Hathaway on Gannon’s performance.

Oliver Ames, 3 @ Attleboro, 0 – Final – Click here for a Photo Gallery from this match. – Oliver Ames earned a 3-0 (25-9, 25-10, 25-17) win on the road over Attleboro behind a strong defensive performance from junior Allie Zwerle, who had eight serve receptions and seven digs. Allie Kemp dished out 28 assists, Alison Barth notched 19 digs, and senior Ryley McNeeley added six kills and three aces.
Canton, 3 @ Stoughton, 0 – Final – The Bulldogs earned a win on the road in their first trip to the new Stoughton High School, with a 3-0 (25-18, 25-20, 25-21) decision. Taylor Harris led Canton with 17 kills, five digs and two aces, Shannon Malloy had a good day in the middle with seven kills while Liz Bickett was strong at the net with three blocks, five kills, and great defense. Taylor Reynolds did well in her first start of the year, putting up 17 assists while Jackie Morrissey added 11 assists, four digs and two aces.
Foxboro, 2 @ Milford, 3 – Final – Foxboro rallied from a 2-0 deficit to force a fifth set but Milford earned a win in the final game for a 3-2 win (25-17, 25-15, 20-25, 23-25, 15-6). Sara Addeche, Pam Nelson (four kills), and Kelsey Treweek each had 11 digs for Foxboro, Grace Fortune added 10 digs and two aces, Maddie O’Brien dished out 17 assists, Shannon McDonald registered five blocks, and Grace Boudreau paced the offense with 13 kills and two aces.
Mansfield, 0 @ Franklin, 3 – Final – Franklin emerged with wins in tight first and third sets to pick up a 3-0 (23-25, 13-25, 23-25) win over the Hornets. For Mansfield, Julia Kelly had six kills and seven service points, Alina Nowakowski added five kills, and Olivia McGrath and Emily Dardinski each chipped in with four kills.
King Philip, 3 @ Taunton, 0 – Final – King Philip went on the road and picked a 3-0 win (25-8, 25-13, 25-6) over the Tigers. Catherine Waldeck (11 kills) and Nicole Coughlan (nine kills, two aces) continued to pace the Warriors’ offense while Ali McNamara had a strong game with six kills for KP.
Sharon, 0 @ North Attleboro, 3 – Final – North Attleboro defended home court with a clean sweep, taking a 3-0 (25-11, 25-3, 26-24) decision over the visiting Eagles. Brooke Street (six digs) had a 16-point service run in the second game that helped the Rocketeers earn a convincing win in the second set. Middle Eliza Dion had seven kills, outside hitter Kylie Melanson added five kills, and Joanna Collins-Bilyeu had a great defensive performance for North Attleboro.
Golf
Milford, 220 @ Stoughton, 228 – Final (5 cards) – The match was tied at 175 through four cards but the Hawks prevailed on the fifth card to split the season series with the Black Knights. Tyler Wetherbee and Wes Murdock each shot 43 to pace the Scarlet Hawks. Stoughton senior Max Huminik earned match medalist honors with a low-round of 41 while Jake Curtis (42) and Anthony Hearn (43) also scored for the Black Knights.

Canton, 0 @ Marshfield, 0 – Final – Canton senior goalie Alejandro Correal made 11 saves to help the Bulldogs earn a point on the road in the season opener for both squads.
King Philip, 4 @ Sharon, 0 – Final – King Philip scored twice in the final five minutes of the first half and then twice more in the final 10 minutes of the game to earn a win on the road over Sharon. Wes Orzell scored the game-winner, putting KP ahead 1-0 with an unassisted strike in the 39th minute. Three minutes later, Orzell set up senior Brian McCarthy to make it 2-0 just before half. In the 71st, Cam Lawrence deposited a free kick (earned by Evan McEvoy) into the net for a 3-0 advantage. Stephen Griffin added a fourth (assisted by McEvoy) in the final minute. Aidan Lindmark and Grant Orzell combined for the shutout in net for KP.
Field Hockey
Attleboro, 0 @ Canton, 3 – Final – Locked in a one-goal game, Canton freshman Ellie Bohane scored her first two varsity goals inside the final five minutes to secure the win for the Bulldogs. Meg Aldrich put Canton up 1-0 off a corner with 10 minutes left in the first half but the Bulldogs couldn’t solve Attleboro goalie Ava Haggerty (22 saves) until Bohane’s tally with four minutes to go.
Mansfield, 1 @ Foxboro, 1 – Final – Click here for a photo gallery from this game – Foxboro sophomore Kate Collins scored with five seconds left in the game to salvage a point for the Warriors in their season opener against Mansfield. Collins scored off a corner with Molly McElhinney and Ella Waryas factoring in before Collins got the final touch. Stori Rounds put Mansfield up with just under five minutes to play in the first half while Kayla Hunter made six saves for the Hornets.
Franklin, 13 @ Milford, 0 – Final – Amanda Lewandowski and Leila Frankina each scored twice in the first half as Franklin rolled to a win to start the season. Lewandowski finished with three points, including an assist on Elizabeth Clark’s first varsity goal. Neilee Hess earned the shutout for Franklin. Paige Reisman had 20 saves in net for the Hawks.
King Philip, 3 @ Sharon, 1 – Final
Oliver Ames, 6 @ Stoughton, 1 – Final – After a scoreless first half, Oliver Ames scored five minutes into the second half and tacked on five more to record a win on the road at Stoughton. Cassie Gennis and Georgia Costello (assist) each scored twice for the Tigers while Sofia Anestam and Hannah Stryke (assist) each found the back of the net once for the Tigers. Haley Nelson scored for Stoughton while Kayla Laboy had an outstanding game in net, making 10 saves.
Taunton, 3 @ North Attleboro, 1 – Final – Taunton went on the road and picked up a win in the season opener at North Attleboro. Kennedy Thielker scored twice for the Tigers, both assisted by Kat Robinson, while Alana Tavares added an unassisted tally. Emily Gannon made five saves in net for the win. Jocelyn Pagliuca and Kathryn Baptiste also had strong games for Taunton.
Volleyball
Attleboro, 0 @ Canton, 3 – Final – Canton opened the season with a 3-0 sweep (25-16, 25-19, 25-16) to give head coach Pat Cawley her 200th victory with the Bulldogs. Senior Taylor Harris led the offense with 15 kills while adding 12 digs and three aces in the win. Angie Elias also had a strong day with seven digs, six kills, and a pair of aces, Liz Bickett added four kills and 11 digs and Nikki Desjardins had a solid defensive showing. Attleboro junior Ana Leonardo dished out 11 assists and sophomore Delia Barthel had three kills and two blocks.
Mansfield, 3 @ Foxboro, 1 – Final – Mansfield started the 2019 campaign with a 3-1 (25-11, 25-22, 23-25, 25-21) win on the road over Foxboro. Sam Sternburg paced the Hornets’ defense with 20 digs and added 12 service points while Olivia McGrath had 11 kills and Emily Dardinski added seven kills. Foxboro had a strong defensive game to keep the match close, with Pam Nelson (10 digs), Grace Fortune (nine digs), Sara Addeche (nine digs) and Kelsey Treweek (six digs) leading the way.
Franklin, 1 @ Milford, 3 – Final – Milford bounced back from dropping the first set to secure a 3-1 (24-26, 26-24, 25-20, 25-21) win at home against Franklin. Julia Riordan paced the Hawks offense, dishing out 28 assists. Lauren Corsini had a strong game in the middle with 11 kills and six blocks, Alyssa Williamson added six kills, and Sarah Brogioli anchored the defense with 15 digs.
King Philip, 3 @ Sharon, 0 – Final – King Philip went on the road and picked up a win in its first game of the season, 3-0 (25-13, 25-12, 25-13) over Sharon. Middles Catherine Waldeck (nine kills, three blocks) and Nicole Coughlan (nine kills, two aces) both had strong games for the Warriors, Kristen Masse added four kills, four digs, and three aces, and Emma Brooks chipped in with six digs and four aces.
Taunton, 0 @ North Attleboro, 3 – Final – North Attleboro defended home court with a 3-0 (25-18, 25-16, 25-18) win over visiting Taunton. Haley Gaskin dished out 22 assists to pace the Rocketeers with Kylie Melanson (six kills) and Joanna Collins-Bilyeu (five kills) leading the offense. Alyssa Turcotte had five kills and a block for the Tigers while Sonya Fernandez added four kills and a pair of aces.
Oliver Ames, 3 @ Stoughton, 0 – Final – Oliver Ames senior Allie Kemp dished out 27 assists to lead the Tigers to a 3-0 (25-12, 25-21, 25-16) win over Stoughton. Kemp moved within two assists of the 1,000 mark. Junior Caroline Flynn added 10 kills while senior Ryley McNeeley added eight kills and five aces. OA senior Alison Barth had a strong game defensively with 21 digs, 23 serve receptions, and a pair of aces.
Golf
Oliver Ames, 151 @ Attleboro, 164 – Final – Oliver Ames bounced back with a win on the road over Attleboro at Stone-E-Lea. Sam Becker paced the Tigers with a medalist round of 35 while Brad Powers (38), Justin Shapiro (39), and Jo Jo Gaultier (39) all shot under 40 for Oliver Ames.
Stoughton, 194 @ North Attleboro, 156 – Final – North Attleboro’s Jillian Barend shot a one-under round of 34 at the middle course at Heather Hill to pace the Rocketeers to a win. Jake Gaskin added a round of 39, Aidan Weir carded a 40, and Brett Dusel and Sam Gallagher each finished at 43. Max Huminik led Stoughton with a round of 46.
Franklin, 158 vs. Nipmuc, 173 – Final – Jack Paterson led the way for the Panthers with a team-low round of 38 while Quinten Faro was right behind him with a round of 39.
