Taunton, 2 @ Attleboro, 2 – Final – Taunton took a lead in the first half but needed a second half strike to equalize and earn a draw on the road. Hunter Cabral put the Tigers up on an assist from Colton Madeira. Alec Nunes scored on a penalty kick in the second half to bring the visitors level.
Girls Soccer
Foxboro, 2 @ Walpole, 0 – Final – Foxboro scored once in each half to earn a win on the road at Walpole. Kendra Wentling put the visitors up 1-0 with a goal in the 34th minute on an assist from Alyssa Vandenboom. Jordyn Collins secured the win with a goal in the 75th minute, finishing off a cross from Katelyn Mollica.
Attleboro, 3 @ Taunton, 0 – Final – The Bombardiers scored twice in the first half to take control and keep their hopes of making the playoffs alive with four games remaining. Meghan Panzer opened the scoring after just five minutes, finishing off an Emily Dunlea assist. Briley Harnois added a second before the break, assisted by Ashley Dame. Attleboro sealed the win late on with a goal by Ashley Macia, assisted by Cassondra Stuger.
Field Hockey
Attleboro, 2 @ King Philip, 2 – Final – Attleboro held a 1-0 lead at halftime but needed a late goal to earn a tie on the road at King Philip. Anna Beck put the visitors up in the first half but King Philip freshman Lauren Barriero (from Christina Gifun) and junior Abby Nixon each scored in the second half to put KP ahead. Beck scored her second of the game to make it 2-2. Grace May made seven saves in net for KP.

Taunton, 2 @ Franklin, 4 – Final – Taunton took a 2-1 just before the midway point of the first half but Franklin answered with two goals before the break, and added an insurance tally in the second half. Alana Tavares put Taunton up 1-0 before Stephanie Bell pulled the Panthers level 27 seconds later. Sophomore Ashley Amarao put the Tigers back in front in the 13th minute but Franklin answered with two goals to take the lead. Kaitlyn Carney tied it on an assist from Amanda Lewandowski, and Bell grabbed her second with Hanna Richardson getting the assist. Molly Collins (from Maeve Ledwith) added an insurance goal in the second half.
Oliver Ames, 2 @ Mansfield, 1 – Final – Click here for a Photo Gallery from this game. OA rallied from a goal down to secure a critical road win that moves the Tigers within two points of qualifying for the state tournament. Gabby Devlin gave the Hornets the lead with a goal just five minutes into the game, finishing off a scramble after a quick break. OA tied the game off a corner midway through the first half. Ellie Waters fired a shot from the top of the circle that was redirected into the goal by Sofia Anestam. Both teams had a number of chances to grab the lead, only to be denied by goalies Kayla Hunter (Mansfield) and Kara Ostrander (OA). The Tigers took the lead in the second half when another Waters blast off a corner was controlled on the post and finished by Cassie Gennis.
North Attleboro, 2 @ Milford, 0 – Final
Volleyball
Attleboro, 0 @ King Philip, 3 – Final – King Philip took care of business with a 3-0 (25-6, 25-9, 25-18) sweep at home over Attleboro. Senior Alison Hitchen had nine service points, including five aces, and four digs, classmate Kristen Masse added four aces and three kills, and Kiley Sullivan chipped in with three aces. Catherine Waldeck finished with four kills, three aces, and two blocks, and Nicole Coughlan added nine kills and five aces in the win.
Canton, 3 @ Sharon, 0 – Final – Canton’s Nikki Desjardins played great defense and the Bulldogs’ received a handful of strong performances at the net to pick up a 3-0 (25-16, 25-18, 25-17) win over Sharon. Taylor Harris led the way with 11 kills and three aces while Liz Bickett, Claire Quinn, Angie Elias, and Kiara Cerruti played well at the net combining for 18 kills.
Foxboro, 3 @ Stoughton, 0 – Final – Foxboro earned a win on the road to punch its ticket to the postseason for the first time since 2012. Grace Boudreau led the way offensively with 14 kills and two blocks to help the Warriors earn a 3-0 (25-18, 25-12, 25-12) win on the road. Maddie O’Brien dished out 18 assists while Kelsey Treweek (eight digs) and Pam Nelson (nine digs, three kills) anchored the defense. Grace Fortune (14 service points, four aces) and Shakirah Ketant (nine service points, three aces) both had strong games serving.
Taunton, 0 @ Franklin, 3 – Final – Franklin defended home court with a 3-0 (25-11, 25-23, 25-13) win at home over Taunton. Mikayla Raffin had a team-high eight kills along with two aces to lead the way, Sarah Jackson added seven kills, Bridget Jackson chipped in with five kills and four aces, and Cailyn Mackintosh had 22 assists in the win.
Oliver Ames, 3 @ Mansfield, 0 – Final – Oliver Ames picked up a key division win on the road, earning a 3-0 (25-16, 25-11, 25-18) sweep on the road. Jordan Bosse did it all for the Tigers with 14 kills, 10 digs, and three aces while Ryley McNeeley added nine kills and three aces. Allie Kemp had 31 assists while Alison Barth finished with 29 digs. Mansfield’s Kacey Veiking had five kills and three blocks, Sam Sternburg added 14 digs, and Olivia Fernando finished with eight service points.
North Attleboro, 3 @ Milford, 0 – Final – North Attleboro stayed in the hunt for the Davenport title with a 3-0 (25-12, 25-8, 25-21) sweep on the road at Milford. Kylie Melanson had 11 kills, Brooke Street added nine digs, Eliza Dion chipped in with four blocks, and Hayley Gaskin had 18 assists.

Attleboro, 1 @ Sharon, 1 – Final – Attleboro and Sharon traded first half goals, splitting the two points in a draw on Friday night. Attleboro freshman Esvin Morales put the visitors ahead off an assist from Joey Soucy, putting the Bombardiers ahead in the 7th minute. But four minutes later, Sharon senior Brian Higgins brought the hosts level on an assist from James Zhang.
Franklin, 3 @ Foxboro, 0 – Final – Franklin netted a pair of first half goals, added an insurance strike in the second, and posted a shutout on the road at Foxboro. Junior Ethan Cain opened the scoring on an assist from senior Sam Stowell while sophomore Terry O’Neill put the Panthers up 2-0, converting a feed from senior Donny Tappin. Senior Jacob Cummings made it 3-0 with Cain grabbing the assist.
King Philip, 1 @ North Attleboro, 0 – Final – Senior Owen Teixeira scored the lone goal of the game with just over three minutes left to help KP grab two points on the road. Teixeira took a pass from junior Anthony Zappala and rifled a shot from 25 yards out to put the Warriors ahead.

Foxboro, 0 @ Franklin, 1 – Final – The Panthers hit on a counterattack nine minutes into the game, Sydney St. Marie heading in a cross by Chloe Barca, to hand Foxboro its first defeat of the season. The Warriors pressured throughout the game, but the Panthers defense was excellent, according to head coach Tom Geysen, to keep Foxboro off the board. Anna Balkus had the job of marking Foxboro forward Jordyn Collins and she was helped in the first half by freshman Norah Anderson, who got across on the cover to clear away a chance with a sliding tackle. Breanna Atwood made 12 saves in goal to earn the clean sheet.
North Attleboro, 0 @ King Philip, 5 – Final – King Philip got off to a strong start, netting four first half goals to earn a win at home over North Attleboro. Ally Stanton scored in the 4th minute off a feed from Makayla Griffin, and again in the 15th minute, converting a cross from Ava Tormey. Avery Snead (22nd minute) and Chloe Layne (26th minute) set one another up for goals. Snead added a strike in the second half in the 46th minute with Stanton getting the assist.
Stoughton, 0 @ Mansfield, 2 – Final – Maria Sevastos and Abby Jean scored for the Hornets, while goalies Olivia Salisbury and Kelsey Hubler combined for three saves and the shutout. Stoughton goalie Brianna Buckley had a strong game in goal for the Black Knights.
Milford, 1 @ Oliver Ames, 2 – Final – After trading first half goals, Oliver Ames found the game-winner in the second half to earn two points against the Hawks at home. Senior Abby Hodges put the Tigers up in the first half while sophomore Camryn O’Connor scored the game-winner, finishing off a corner from senior Erin Holmberg.
Field Hockey
Stoughton, 2 vs. Brockton, 1 – Final – Haley Nelson and Morgan Lessa each scored to lead the Black Knights to a win at home over visiting Brockton.
Volleyball
Canton, 3 vs. Notre Dame Academy, 0 – Final – Canton earned a regular season sweep of NDA, winning 3-0 (25-17, 25-20, 27-25) at home. Taylor Harris had a standout performance, hitting 0.487 while putting down 22 kills along with 11 digs. Claire Quinn added eight kills and 13 digs while Jackie Morrissey dished out 27 assists while recording three kills and nine digs for the Bulldogs.
Mansfield, 0 @ North Attleboro, 3 – Final
Oliver Ames, 3 vs. Brockton, 0 – Final – Oliver Ames avenged its season-opening loss to the Boxers with a 3-0 (25-20, 25-18, 25-20) sweep at home. Sarah Morley had a strong game with 10 digs and five aces, Allie Kemp added 25 assists, and Alison Barth added 27 digs. Caroline Flynn and Jordan Bosse paced the offense with 10 kills apiece.
Golf
Mansfield, 152 @ Attleboro, 169 – Final – Mansfield picked up a win over Attleboro at Stone-E-Lea, clinching the Kelley-Rex division title outright. Ryan Dow was the match medalist with a low round of 35 while Ava Haggis, Brian See, and Joseph Gormley each shot 39 in the win.
Franklin, 170 @ Foxboro, 173 – Final – Franklin’s Jack Paterson was the match medalist, shooting a team-low round of 40 to pace the Panthers to a close win over Foxboro. Pat Dolan added a 41, Brian Sandham shot a 43, and Jake Blaney chipped in with a 46. Foxboro’s Matt Fossella (three pars) sank a birdie, finishing with a 41. Dylan Quinn (five pars) added a 43, Noah Hicks shot 44, and Jack Rounds finished with a 45 for the Warriors.

The Panthers took a 1-0 lead in the 19th minute when Jacob Cummings nodded in a cross from Donny Tappin. OA got on the board just before halftime when Colin Milliken buried his chance in the 37th minute, scoring after Anthony DaCosta headed on a cross from Brady deVos free kick. Milliken set up the game winner, feeding Jimmy Keane in the 75th minute to make it 2-1.
Mansfield, 0 @ King Philip, 0 – Final – Mansfield’s Evan Eames, Cam Eddy, Adam Elsner, Colin Caridi, and Michael Caridi all played well defensively in front of Hornet keeper Anthony Salisbury (shutout).

Sharon, 0 @ Foxboro, 8 – Final – Kailee McCabe, Katelyn Mollica, and Jordyn Collins each scored a pair of goals to help Foxboro earn a big win at home. Jordan Carman and Caroline Rongione each scored once while McCabe, Mollica, Kendra Wentling, Lizzy Davis, and Reagan Buckley all had an assist for the Warriors.

King Philip, 2 vs. Medway, 3 – Final – King Philip won a pivotal fourth set to force the match to five but saw its eight-match win streak snapped by the visiting Mustangs, 3-2 (25-15, 23-25, 21-25, 25-18, 13-15). Nicole Coughlan (14 kills, three aces) and Catherine Waldeck (13 kills, six blocks) continued to pace the Warrior offense while Lauren Peterson dished out 18 assists and had four aces.
Boys Cross Country
King Philip, 25 @ Attleboro, 32 – Final – King Philip had four of the top six runners to pick up a close win on the road at the new Highland Park course. Mike Griffin crossed the finish line first in 16:29 for the Warriors while Mike Norberg was shortly before in 16:34 for second overall.
Sharon, 19 @ Canton, 43 – Final – Mark Starovoytov took first place by one second and the Eagles had seven of the top eight runners in a win over Canton. Starovoytov won in 18:39 while Canton’s Kyle Downing took second in 18:40. The Eagles had six more runners finish under the 19-minute mark.

Louhis then added an insurance goal in the 70th minute, running onto a through ball from Colin Milliken and finishing in alone on the keeper to make it 2-0. Anthony Salisbury had a strong game in net, making 18 saves.

Jordan Carman, McCabe, and Mollica each had an assist in the win. Mackenzie Manning scored for Stoughton while Brianna Buckley had a strong game in net for the Black Knights.

Erin Quaile opened the scoring midway through the second half and Sydney St. Marie added the second from the spot inside the final 10 minutes. Taunton goalie Grace Pimenta kept the Tigers in the game with numerous saves. Breanna Atwood made four saves to keep a clean sheet.

Sophomore Emily Meyers made six saves in net to earn the win while sophomores Caroline Peper and Allison Evin had strong showings for OA.
North Attleboro, 0 @ Milford, 3 – Final – An early penalty kick gave Milford the advantage and the Hawks made it count with a big division win. Ashleigh Starks converted from the spot to put the Hawks up 1-0, and Juliana France converted off a corner kick as Milford led 2-0 at the break. Freshman Dani Atherton added a goal in the second half while Carly Ferreira played well in net for Milford. Melissa McDermott, Abby Valdez, Caroline Ferrin, and Ari Rice all had strong games for the Rocketeers.

Canton, 2 @ Mansfield, 1 – Final – Canton junior Meghan LaBelle and sophomore Erin Lane each scored to help the Bulldogs pick up a win on the road at Mansfield. Alex Burnham scored for the Hornets.
Stoughton, 0 @ King Philip, 5 – Final – King Philip sophomore Christina Gifun opened the scoring with seven minutes left in the first half and the Warriors scored four more in a win over visiting Stoughton. Junior Abby Nixon scored once and added two assists, while senior Raegan Simeone, junior Kayla O’Brien, and freshman Lauren Barriero each scored once. Senior Grace May earned the shutout for KP.
Milford, 0 @ Taunton, 4 – Final – Taunton had four different players find the back of the cage in a win at home over visiting Milford. Braeley MacDonald, Meaghan DeCouta, Alana Tavares, and Kat Robinson each scored for the Tigers while Jocelyn Pagliuca and Haylee Hartung played well in the win. Paige Reisman had 15 saves for Milford.

Foxboro, 3 @ Attleboro, 2 – Final – Foxboro rallied from a 2-1 deficit, winning the last two sets to grab its second straight 3-2 (25-20, 22-25, 10-25, 25-12, 15-12) win. Kelsey Treweek (11 digs) had eight service points and three aces to help the visitors close out the fifth game. Maddie O’Brien added 19 assists, Pam Nelson had 13 digs, Shakirah Ketant put down seven kills, and Grace Boudreau finished with 17 service points (five aces) and 11 kills for the Warriors.
Canton, 3 @ Mansfield, 2 – Final – Canton rallied from a two-game deficit, winning three straight to steal a 3-2 (15-25, 21-25, 25-18, 25-16, 15-9) decision on the road. Taylor Harris continued to dominate at the net with 18 kills along with three aces, Angie Elias added six blocks and six kills, and Jackie Morrissey dished out 31 assists to go with four kills. Mansfield’s Alina Nowakowski paced the Hornets with 10 kills, Olivia McGrath and Julia Kelly each added even kills, and Sam Sternburg grabbed 17 digs.
North Attleboro, 1 @ Franklin, 3 – Final – North Attleboro picked up a win in the third set to keep the match going but Franklin finished off the win in the fourth set to grab a 3-1 (25-15, 25-11, 20-25, 25-17) victory on the road. Allyson Bonnet-Eymard had a great game for the Panthers, slamming down 18 kills while sophomore Cailyn Mackintosh dished out 32 assists in the win. Grace Munley had seven kills for North while Eliza Dion added eight digs.
Stoughton, 0 @ King Philip, 3 – Final – King Philip defended home court with a 3-0 sweep (25-17, 25-2, 25-21) of the visiting Black Knights. Junior Emma Brooks continued to be a force at the service line, registering 13 aces to go along with 10 digs while Catherine Waldeck (13 kills) and Ali McNamara (four kills) paced the Warriors’ offense at the net.

Junior Sarah Morley had a strong showing for the Tigers with 10 digs and four aces, Allie Kemp registered 29 assists, and Jordan Bosse played well offensively with 13 kills and four aces.

Attleboro, 36 @ Oliver Ames, 21 – Final – Oliver Ames had four of the top five finishers in a win over visiting Attleboro. Junior Kyle Sarney took first place in 16:47.6 while Attleboro junior Nathan Seybert took second overall in 17:08.8.

Quinten Faro and Jack MacKinnon each shot a 40 while Pat Dolan added a round of 43. Jack Handy led Attleboro with a 43 while Brian Houle added a 45.
Mansfield, 150 @ Milford, 188 – Final – The Hornets had a strong day on the links with five golfers finishing under 40 in a win over Milford. Brian See shot a one-over par round of 36 to earn medalist honors, Joseph Gormely added a 37, Ryan Dow finished with a 38, and Jason See and Nate Morreale each finished with a 39.
Stoughton, 209 @ Foxboro, 163 – Final – Foxboro’s Noah Hicks sank one birdie and had four pars on the day, finishing at 39 to earn match medalist honors and pace the Warriors to a win at home. Matt Lathrop and Jack Rounds each had four pars and finished at 41 while Matt Fossella (four pars) finished at 42. Patrick Smith led Stoughton with a 46.

Sharon, 2 @ Canton, 0 – Final – Sharon scored a pair of second half goals to record a win on the road over Davenport for Canton. Viktor Schneider opened the scoring off an assist by Matt Keshekian, and Michael Baur buried a penalty kick to make it 2-0.
Girls Soccer
Sharon, 0 @ Canton, 6 – Final – Click here for a Photo Gallery from this game. Canton scored three times in the opening 10 minutes and never looked back, moving back to .500 in league play this season. Mia Gilmore led the way with a pair of goals for the Bulldogs. Sharon nearly took the lead four minutes into the game when Olivia Soby rocked the crossbar with a free kick, but minutes later Elisa Diletizia put the hosts in front with a swerving shot from 18 yards. The lead was soon doubled when Diletizia’s low cross was palmed to the feet of Olivia Rodman inside the six-yard-box. Gilmore struck from distance just seconds later. Gilmore added a second when her first shot came back off the bar and she settled the rebound and planted her next effort in the back of the net. Sharon again came close with another shot off the bar, this time from Nicole Teven. In the second half, Gabriella Herivaux showed quick feet on the edge of the box and then found the bottom corner to make it 5-0 and freshman Emily McCabe earned and scored a penalty for her first varsity goal to round out the scoring.
Medfield, 2 @ Foxboro, 2 – Final – Foxboro rallied from a 2-0 deficit to earn a draw with visiting Medfield. Jordyn Collins scored with 16 minutes left to get the Warriors on the board. Jordan Carman then tied the game with under a minute left to play.
King Philip, 3 vs. Notre Dame Academy, 0 – Final – King Philip had a strong showing on Monday afternoon, outshooting the visitors 17-2 on its way to a 3-0 win. Makenzie Shandley converted a through ball from Chloe Layne to put the hosts up 1-0 in the 20th minute. Layne doubled the lead six minutes later, finishing off a ball over the top from Paige Varvarigos. Ally Stanton headed in a cross from Layne in the 64th minute to put the Warriors up 3-0. Taylor Butler had the shutout in net.

Attleboro, 5 vs. Bishop Feehan, 0 – Final – Anna Beck scored a pair of goals to pace the Bombardiers past visiting Bishop Feehan.
North Attleboro, 1 @ Franklin, 5 – Final – North Attleboro’s Grace Cole scored to make it a one-goal game halfway through the first half but the Panthers scored three unanswered goals in the second half to secure the win. Kate O’Rourke and Amanda Lewandowski each scored to put the Panthers up 2-0 before Cole converted to get North on the board. Olivia Rondeau (from Molly Collins), Lewandowski (from Hanna Richardson), and Stephanie Bell scored in the second half for Franklin. Neilee Hess made two saves in the win for the Panthers.
Sharon, 0 @ Oliver Ames, 8 – Final – Oliver Ames scored inside the first minute and never looked back in a big win over Sharon. Ellie Waters had four points, scoring once with three helpers while Georgia Costello scored a hat trick in the win. Emily Han had a strong game defensively to help the Tigers control possession.
Stoughton, 2 vs. East Bridgewater, 1 – Final – Abby Massarelli and Haley Nelson each scored to lead the Black Knights past East Bridgewater, avenging a loss to the Vikings in the season opener.

Canton, 3 @ Notre Dame Academy, 0 – Final – Canton went on the road and secured a 3-0 (25-14, 25-20, 25-10) sweep over Notre Dame Academy. Liz Bickett had a strong day, registering nine kills, four blocks, and seven digs, Taylor Harris added seven kills, three aces, and eight digs, and Taylor Reynolds finished with five aces and 10 assists. Jackie Morrissey chipped in with 12 assists and two kills for the Bulldogs while Nikki Desjardins had 20 service points.
Norwood, 2 @ Foxboro, 3 – Final – Foxboro let a 2-0 lead slip away but the Warriors prevailed with a 3-2 (25-9, 25-17, 15-25, 14-25, 15-11) win. Grace Boudreau had 12 digs, seven kills, and two aces, Sara Regan added six aces and 10 assists, Shannon McDonald shined at the net with eight kills and three blocks, and Sara Addeche chipped in with 14 digs.

Canton, 147 @ North Attleboro, 154 – Final – Canton sophomore Conor Hunter fired an even par 35 to earn match medalist honors and lead the Bulldogs to a close win over North Attleboro. Will Gefteas and Nate MacDonald each shot 37 for Canton while Chris Lavoie, who eagled the fifth hole, and Owen Donovan both shot 38. North Attleboro’s Jillian Barend had a team-low 36 (one over), Justin Strom and Aidan Weir each shot 39, and Jake Gaskin chipped in with a 40.
King Philip, 156 @ Oliver Ames, 152 – Final – Oliver Ames’ Tate Hadges shot an even par round of 34 to help the Tigers take a close decision over visiting King Philip. Kayla Schuberth had a team-low round of 37 for King Philip.
Sharon, 163 @ Milford, 178 – Final – Ethan Skelly shot a 35 to earn medalist honors in Sharon’s win on the road. Andrew Glaser and Eric Carter both shot 42 for the Eagles while Tyler Wetherbee led Milford with a 41.
